摘要： There is disclosed herein a liquid spray gun which includes an improved heat dissipation system and an improved leakage flow recirculating system.The improved heat dissipation system results from an improved and stronger air flow through the gun housing and around the electromagnetic coils. The improved air flow is created by a venturi or aspiration effect at the spray tip created by the action of the piston pump in spraying liquid at high velocity reducing the air pressure adjacent the tip. The internal portion of the housing communicates with the low pressure area so air in the housing is drawn from the housing to the low pressure area. Vents are provided in the housing adjacent the electromagnetic coils for outside air to be drawn into said housing over said coils and to the low pressure area, thus improving air flow and heat dissipation.

摘要： Methods and apparatus are provided herein for sensing rain fall for use in irrigation control. In one embodiment, a wireless rain sensor comprises a housing at least partially covering a first sensor, a controller and a wireless transmitter. The first sensor comprises a moisture absorptive material located to be contacted by rain fall and configured to expand in response to the contact with the rain fall and contract in response to an absence of the rain fall. The controller is coupled to the first sensor and configured to output signals corresponding to a variable amount of expansion and contraction of the moisture absorptive material. The wireless transmitter is configured to transmit wireless signals, at least one wireless signal comprising data corresponding to the variable amount of expansion and contraction of the moisture absorptive material.

摘要： A paint roller assembly for a pressurized paint supply system including a hollow roller arm, a delivery tube within the roller arm for receiving pressurized coating material such as paint therethrough, the tube terminating in a horizontally disposed end portion, a circular flange mechanically coupled to the roller arm inwardly of the end portion to prevent relative rotation therebetween, an annular sealing member received over the end portion and arranged to abut the circular flange while permitting relative rotational movement therebetween, a cylindrical roller core having one end received on the end portion, the core having an axially extending relatively shallow groove at its periphery along a major portion of its length, the roller core being recessed at the discharge end of the end portion to provide a sump therein of greater depth than the groove and communicating with the groove. Distributor means are positioned in the groove and have spaced apertures therealong to permit paint to flow from the groove into a perforated paint roller cover positioned over the roller core.

摘要： Methods and apparatus are provided herein for permitting or interrupting irrigation using sensor equipment. In one embodiment, a method for controlling irrigation comprising the steps of: generating an indication representing the amount of rain fall at a sensor unit; transmitting a signal comprising at least the indication from the sensor unit to an interface unit, wherein the interface unit is adapted to cause an interruption of programmed watering schedules of an irrigation controller; receiving the signal at the interface unit; determining, based at least on the indication from the signal, whether irrigation should be interrupted; and generating an interrupt command to interrupt irrigation.
