Abstract: An adhesive coating device includes two adhesive barrels, lower ends of the two adhesive barrels are both connected to an adhesive coating assembly. The adhesive coating assembly includes an upper substrate having two mounting holes, lower ports of the two adhesive barrels passing through the two mounting holes respectively; a lower substrate detachably mounted at a lower side of the upper substrate. An adhesive receiving space is formed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and an adhesive coating track is provided on the lower substrate at a position corresponding to the adhesive receiving space, the adhesive coating track is a slit extending through an upper side and a lower side of the lower substrate, and the shape and size of the adhesive coating track match with the shape and size of an adhesive coating track required by a product to be coated with adhesive.

Abstract: A process for magnetizing multiple magnetic circuits. The process comprises the following steps: S1, fixing an un-magnetized internal magnetic circuit assembly (12) to an un-magnetized external magnetic circuit assembly (22), so as to assemble into an un-magnetized magnetic circuit assembly (32); and S2, magnetizing the un-magnetized magnetic circuit assembly (32) that is completed in the Step S1, in this step the un-magnetized internal magnetic circuit assembly (12) and the un-magnetized external magnetic circuit assembly (22) are magnetized respectively by using an internal magnetic circuit magnetizing coil (40) and an external magnetic circuit magnetizing coil (50), so as to complete the process for magnetizing multiple magnetic circuits.

Abstract: Disclosed is a linear vibration motor comprising a vibrator and a stator arranged parallel to the vibrator. The vibrator comprises a counterweight block and a vibration block embedded and fixed in the counterweight block. The vibration block comprises at least two permanent magnets. The stator comprises a coil. A magnetic conductive core is arranged in the coil. The adjacent end surfaces of the at least two adjacent permanent magnets form slopes parallel to each other. The slopes form an acute angle with the axis of the magnetic conductive core. The slopes extend obliquely in the direction approaching the corresponding magnetic conductive core. The motor not only ensures the maximization of the sizes of the permanent magnets, but also increases the effective magnetic field intensity between a gap between the adjacent permanent magnets and the magnetic conductive core, thus increasing a driving force driving the vibrator into vibration.

Abstract: A linear vibration motor is disclosed. The motor comprises: a stator component comprising a shell, a pole core and a coil component, wherein the shell has a cavity body therein, the pole core is disposed on a bottom and comprises a magnetic pole at the middle of the pole core along a vibration direction and protruding out of the outer surface of the pole core, the coil component is divided into a first coil and a second coil by the magnetic pole, and current directions of the first and second coils are opposite; a vibrator component comprising a permanent magnet surrounding the coil component and a counter weight part on the permanent magnet, the permanent magnet being axially magnetized; and an elastic element, by which the vibrator component is suspended in the cavity body, and which is configured for returning the vibrator component to an initial position.
