Abstract: Implementations relate to editing options for image regions. Some implementations include detecting a region portion of an image based on one or more characteristics of pixels of the image. The detected region has an identified class selected from multiple identifiable classes, and each identifiable class is associated with a set of multiple editing options. Each editing option is associated with edit operation(s) operable to adjust value(s) of one or more image pixels. One of the sets of editing options is presented for selection, where the presented set is associated with the identified class of the detected region and each of the editing options in the presented set is operable to adjust value(s) of one or more pixels of the detected region. The presented set of editing options is different from at least one of the other sets of editing options associated with the other classes.

Abstract: A system and method for searching and playing multimedia content on a social network portal is disclosed. The system and method includes hosting a social network portal of a user, wherein the social network portal displays information of the user. The method further includes integrating, on the social network portal of the user, a multimedia controller. A selection or mouse-over of the multimedia controller initiates and controls the playback and selection of a multimedia item on an integrated multimedia player. The method also includes enabling a user to simultaneously navigate the social network portal and stream content via the integrated multimedia player. A user can also search for or request multimedia content via the multimedia controller and player.

In some implementations, a method includes detecting a region depicting an identified subject in a target image and determining an identity of the identified subject. The method retrieves one or more stored user edits associated with the identity of the identified subject, where the user edits were previously made by a user to one or more other regions in one or more source images, and the other regions depict the identified subject having the identity. The method applies the one or more user edits to the region in the target image.
