    摘要: The present invention proposes a balance structure of axial submission device for a scroll compressor. The present invention is characterized in that narrower cross section forms on the isolating block partitioning high pressure from low pressure in a scroll compressor such that the direction toward the stationary scroll of low pressure side has larger direct back pressure. Or more than one balance rooms are installed on the isolating block toward the back of the stationary scroll, a first resilient member is placed in the balance room, and the resilient member is lapped on the back of the stationary scroll. More than one anti-pressure rooms can also be installed on the orbiting scroll, and a second resilient member is placed in the anti-pressure room to provide slightly larger pressure for the second resilient member than pressure of the first resilient member when the orbiting scroll starts to rotate.

    摘要: A compressor check valve having a valve bolt and a valve bolt cover for noise reduction and mitigation of impact from a valve bolt on the valve bolt cover. A bolt insertion hole is provided in the cover to receive the valve bolt. A pressure conduction hole penetrating from the side of the valve bolt insertion hole of the cover through the exterior of the cover is provided on the cover to connect the high pressure chamber through the valve bolt insertion hole. A buffer section is formed on a top of the valve bolt insertion hole so that the valve bolt is forced by a high pressure coolant to move above and block the pressure conduction hole, the buffer section contains high pressure coolant prevented from being discharged through the pressure conduction hole to create a buffer action when the valve bolt moves upward so as to avoid direct impact against the valve bolt cover.

    摘要: The present invention proposes a shaft assembly mechanism for a scroll compressor. An eccentric portion is installed at the top end of an eccentric shaft. A ring is lagged connectedly to the eccentric portion. A homocentrically arranged through hole is installed in the ring. The ring is lagged connectedly to the eccentric portion of the eccentric shaft via the through hole. A fixing hole is disposed at the bottom end of an orbiting scroll. A bushing is installed fixedly in the fixing hole. A through hole is installed in the bushing. A spiral oil groove for addition of lubricating oil is installed on the inner wall of the through hole of the bushing. The through hole of the bushing is lagged connectedly to the outer side of the ring. A shaft assembly mechanism of low noise, flexible assembly process, and easily controlled accuracy can thus be formed.

The main bearing frame has a groove and an annular ring formed on topside thereof. The groove is communicated with the slanting gutters and the slanting gutters are slantingly intersected with the annular ring. The oil flows from the groove into the gutter, and then flows to the annular ring or topside of the main bearing frame to provide lubrication. The crumbs or crud also flow out of the topside of the main bearing frame through the gutter.
