    摘要: An orbiting rotary compressor assembly having a compression mechanism disposed in a housing and including relatively moving fixed and orbiting compression members including extending portions having surfaces engaged with each other and between which a compression chamber is located. The orbiting member has a centrally-located hub which moves eccentrically relative to the axis of rotation of a drive shaft in driving engagement with the hub. A vane operatively engages the fixed member extending portion and the orbiting member extending portion, and partially defines the compression chamber. An Oldham coupling is disposed about and is in engagement with the hub, and is in engagement with the fixed compression member, rotation of the orbiting compression member being prevented by the Oldham coupling.

    摘要: There is provided a scroll compressor comprising: a fixed-side member comprising a casing and a fixed scroll member provided in the casing; a driving shaft rotatably provided in the casing; an orbiting scroll member orbitably provided at a distal end of the driving shaft; a suction opening provided in the fixed-side member; and a discharge opening provided in the fixed-side member. Each of the scroll members includes an end plate and a spiral wrap portion standing on the end plate. The wrap portion of the orbiting scroll member is adapted to overlap the wrap portion of the fixed scroll member so as to define a plurality of compression chambers. The suction opening communicates with the outermost compression chamber, and the discharge opening is adapted to discharge a compressed gas from an inner compression chamber. A seal member comprising an elastic member is provided around an outer circumferential surface of the orbiting scroll member, so as to seal the compression chambers relative to outside air between the orbiting scroll member and the fixed-side member. The seal member has an opening on a radially inner side thereof and has a generally U-shaped cross-section.

    摘要: A variable quantity control apparatus for a variable radius type scroll compressor comprises: a rotary shaft coupled to an orbiting scroll for transmitting a rotating force of a driving motor to the orbiting scroll; and an eccentric bushing coupled to a driving pin part of the rotary shaft for transmitting the rotating force of the driving motor and at the same time, for restraining a recession amount of the orbiting scroll, whereby manufacturing cost can be reduced because an additional stopper member can be excluded and the number of components and the number of assembling processes are reduced, and the recession of the eccentric bushing (or the orbiting scroll) can be stably restrained by the surface contacting of a cut surface of the rotary shaft and stopping surfaces of the eccentric bushing.

    摘要: A scroll-type compressor includes a fixed scroll member having a first spiral element, and an orbiting scroll member having a second spiral element. The first spiral element and the second spiral element interfit with each other at an angular offset and at a radial offset to form a plurality of fluid pockets which, are adapted to compress a fluid. Further, the first spiral element or the second spiral element, or both, include an interior wall surface defined by a first involute curve based on a circle, an exterior wall surface defined by a second involute curve based on the circle, an end wall surface formed at a center end of the spiral element by a first arc, and a fillet formed along a root of the end wall surface. Moreover, apportion of the fillet is formed by a second arc, and a line which is tangent to the circle and intersects the second involute curve includes a center of curvature of the first arc and a center of a curvature of the second arc.

    摘要: A scroll compressor having a simple structure is disclosed, which effectively decreases the thrust load imposed on the revolving scroll without degrading the compression efficiency. The scroll compressor includes a casing; a fixed scroll provided in the housing and comprising an end plate and a spiral protrusion built on one face of the end plate; and a revolving scroll provided in the casing and comprising an end plate and a spiral protrusion built on one face of the end plate, wherein the spiral protrusions of each scroll are engaged with each other so as to form a spiral compression chamber. In the above structure, an introduced working gas is compressed in the compression chamber and then discharged according to the revolution of the revolving scroll; a thrust member for thrust-supporting the end plate of the revolving scroll is provided at the back-face side of the end plate of the revolving scroll; a pressure pocket is formed in a face of one of the thrust member and the end plate of the revolving scroll, wherein the face faces the other of the thrust member and the end plate of the revolving scroll; and a high-pressure introduction hole for introducing a high-pressure fluid into the pressure pocket is provided at one of the thrust member side and the revolving scroll side.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes structure between an eccentric and a slider block that separates the scroll wraps when the orbiting scroll is driven in a reverse direction by entrapped fluid. In the prior art, entrapped fluid sometimes has driven the orbiting scroll in a reverse direction at shutdown, resulting in undesirable noise. The present invention stops movement of the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll during reverse rotation by opening the fluid chambers dissipating that pressure.

    摘要: A compressor which can be easily assembled and can prevent damage of seal members is presented. Its assembling method includes of (a) a step of feeding a front casing having a first inner circumference, a second inner circumference, an opening, a bottom, and a side wall, compression units having a first fitting portion and a first seal groove, and a rear cover having a second fitting portion and a second seal groove, (b) a step of installing a first seal member in the fist seal groove, (c) a step of installing s second seal member in the second seal groove, (e) a step of installing the fixed scroll on the front casing, while fitting the first fitting portion to the first inner circumference, and (f) a step of installing the rear cover to the front casing so as to cover the opening, while fitting the second fitting portion to the second inner circumference. The first fitting gap between the first fitting portion and the first inner circumference is larger than the second fitting gap of the second fitting portion and the second inner circumference. The steps (e) and (f) are the process of inserting the compression unit and the rear cover mutually coupled and mounting the first seal member and the second seal member into the front casing from the opening.
