摘要： A locking handle for a refrigerator includes a mounting element rigidly secured to a refrigerator door, a hand grip rigidly secured to the mounting element, and a latch attached to the mounting element. The latch has a catch movable between a locked position and an unlocked position and an actuator operably connected to the catch for moving the catch from the locked position to the unlocked position. The latch provides a positive lock which is actuated to an unlocked position with a manipulation separate from pulling the hand grip but has an actuator located near the hand grip so that it can be manipulated by a hand grasping and pulling the hand grip. In a first embodiment, the catch is integrally molded with the mounting portion and is laterally deflectable away from a retainer mounted beside the door. In a second embodiment the catch is a vertically extending spindle which is downwardly movable away from a retainer mounted above the door.

The method may be performed at the bid acceptance server, at a device of a bidder, or at a combination of the two. Submitted bids may be ranked by the bid acceptance server according to a given algorithm.

摘要： An integrated bipolar implantable medical electrical lead, which may be employed by a cardiac defibrillator, has a single low voltage electrode and a single high voltage electrode and employs a relatively robust and fail-safe configuration of three conductors. Each of the three conductors extends within an individual lumen of a tri-lumen insulative body of the lead. First and second conductors of the three connect, in parallel, the low voltage electrode to a first contact of a connector terminal assembly of the lead, and a third conductor of the three connects the high voltage electrode to a second and a third contact of the connector terminal assembly. A configuration of the third conductor differs from that of the first and second conductors in order to make the third conductor more susceptible to fracture, relative to the first and second conductors, after many years of chronic implant under extreme loading conditions.

摘要： A barrel system for a paintball marker including a breach removably connected to the paintball marker and a composite front detachably connected to the breach. The composite front of the barrel system includes a hollow bore through which a paintball is propelled, a non-metallic inner layer surrounding the bore, and a non-metallic outer layer surrounding the inner layer. The non-metallic inner layer is preferably manufactured from a plurality of unidirectional graphite fibers embedded within an epoxy resin. The non-metallic outer layer is preferably manufactured from a plurality of graphite fibers that are woven together and embedded with an epoxy resin for surrounding and reinforcing the inner layer. The non-metallic inner layer of the composite front is smoothly and continuously tapered to cause the hollow bore to be tapered from a relatively narrow diameter to a relatively wide diameter in the direction of travel of the paintball.

摘要： The present invention is a sweeper incorporating multiple rotation elements mounted adjacently in an rotationally offset sequence on a common driven axle. Each rotation element comprises a central shaft support from which extends lightweight extension arms that have laterally elongated spatulate paddles at their ends. The extension arms may be curved so that in operation a terminal edge of each paddle lags the rest of the paddle surface in approaching and sweeping across the floor surface and is quite easily deflected upward from a floor surface.

摘要： A method of preparing a cyclohexasilane compound from trichlorosilane is provided. The method includes contacting trichlorosilane with a reagent composition to produce a compound containing a tetradecahalocyclohexasilane dianion, such as a tetradecachlorocyclohexasilane dianion. The reagent composition typically includes (a) tertiary polyamine ligand; and (b) a deprotonating reagent, such as a tertiary amine having a pKa of at least about 10.5. Methods of converting the tetradecahalocyclohexasilane dianion-containing compound to cyclohexasilane or a dodecaorganocyclohexasilane are also provided.

摘要： Multiple myeloma and other hematologic tumors and/or malignancies can be treated by administration of a G1 and/or S phase drug, which is preferably β-lapachone, or a derivative or analog thereof, combined with a G2/M phase drug such as a taxane derivative, which is advantageously paclitaxel. This combination of the G1 and/or S phase drug with the G2/M phase drug results in an unexpectedly greater than additive (i.e., synergistic) apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells. The invention includes methods of treating multiple myeloma by administering the combination of the G1 and/or S phase drug and the G2/M phase drug, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the combination of drugs used in these methods, as well as pharmaceutical kits.
