    摘要: In a chain link for power-supply chains, which comprises side plates connected by means of transverse webs, the power-supply chain being intended for receiving cables, hoses and the like, and the chain links being designed for articulated connection to adjacent chain links, partition webs are inserted between the transverse webs and are held by the transverse webs. Intermediate webs are inserted between the transverse webs and are held by the partition webs in predetermined positions parallel to the transverse webs. In a special version, the intermediate webs are equipped with locking lugs at their ends, and the partition webs are equipped, on one side or both sides, and additional closing webs, on one side, with retaining grooves for pushing in the locking lugs. The lengths of the intermediate webs are appropriately selected according to a grid pattern. The inserted partition webs and intermediate webs allow a division, selectable within wide limits, of the interior or of the passage cross-section of each chain link and consequently an orderly guidance of the cables or hoses.

    摘要: A energy transmission chain for guiding hoses, cables and the like between two connection points includes chain links each having two side elements connected by cross-members. The side elements of adjacent chain links have overlapping sections and are joined to rotate around a pivot in one plane. Energy transmission chains with high lateral stability, which do not sag, particularly when installed in a lateral position, and which are simple and inexpensive to manufacture are frequently desired. This is the case if the moveable consumer connected to the energy transmission chain is traversed in a horizontal plane. Thus, at least one of the respective adjacent side elements (1) has at least one guide groove (7) extending parallel to the plane of rotation. The side element adjacent to this element engages one of the guide grooves over the entire angle of rotation by a guide element (8) extending parallel to the plane of rotation.

The cross-sectional space is expanded by at least one of the cross-members being detachably mounted on the side-plates by connector parts (7).     摘要: The invention relates to a joint element for an energy guiding chain for guiding hoses or cables, with a number of chain links displaying opposite side straps, where upper and lower cross-members are provided on at least some of the side straps, where the joint element displays at least two mounting areas that can be connected to adjacent or spaced chain links in order to connect them to each other in articulated fashion, so that the energy guiding chain can be deposited to form a lower strand, a deflection zone and an upper strand. The joint element is developed in that an element is provided on it that is made of a material having greater conductivity than the joint element material and continuously bridges the at least two mounting areas. The bridging element displays at least two contact areas located on the surface of the joint element, each of which can be connected in electrically contacting fashion to the two chain links associated with the two mounting areas. As a result, the energy guiding chain displays a long service life, even when exposed to very great mechanical stresses, can be used in ESD protection zones, and has no tendency towards electrostatic charging.
