    摘要: A hyperthermia apparatus primarily applicable to the treatment of tumors comprises at least three high-frequency generators connected to three electrodes. The electrodes are intended to be coupled to a patient's body which constitutes the load, thus producing a higher temperature rise in the vicinity of a fictitious electrode in the body. The generators have adjustable phases and amplitudes, the output of each generator being connected to each of the three electrodes.

    摘要: An apparatus for thermal treatment of the human body, using electromagnetic waves (200 to 2500 Mc/s) and radiometric receivers for monitoring and possibly controlling the temperature reached by the living tissues. A generator at ultra high frequency delivers a power of about one Watt into a coaxial cable terminated by a probe emitting electromagnetic waves in the organ to be heated by dielectric losses in the medium. A multichannel receiver, switched at intervals, analyzes the radiation reemitted by the living tissues through the probe, then utilized as a receiving antenna. The temperature reached in a region surrounding the probe is deduced therefrom and can be utilized for controlling the power emitted through a servocontrol system.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for producing microwave energy from an electron beam. The device includes:an electron gun (1), allowing the production of an electron beam (8) in a so-called injection zone (3);a microwave modulation circuit (7), allowing the superimposition of an alternating voltage at a given frequency on the voltage of the beam in the injection zone; the amplitude of this voltage is sufficient for ensuring, during one of its alternations, the transition between the passing state and the virtual cathode state, thus causing a modulation of the current carried by the electron beam;an output microwave circuit (4) functioning at the frequency of the modulation signal and excited by the previous modulated current.
