Abstract:
A thin sheet plastic tile for covering ceilings, walls and other structural surfaces is molded with edge portions, at least one of which has an anchoring flap adapted to be stapled to the covered surface underlying the interlocked, abutting edge portion of an adjacent tile. The tile is molded in a vacuum forming device having a loop forming member which is removable with the molded tile from the mold body.
Abstract:
A tool change machine tool incorporates a magazine in which there are a series of tool carrying devices, a slide on which tools are to be mounted has a dovetail track extending across its face and a track portion of the same cross-section is provided on each of the tool carrying devices and can be aligned with the dovetail track on the slide. A similar portion of dovetail track is formed on a piston which is used to draw together a locating device on a tool and a locating device on the tool mount. A slidable tool transfer member is slidable on the track portion on the slide and has a transverse track portion for interlocking engagement with a tool on a selected tool carrier.

Abstract:
A machine for forming from potato dough elongate bodies that resemble potato pieces suitable for french frying. The machine is arranged to move the dough through spaces between a set of parallel wires, which wires are spaced from one another by amount corresponding to the width of the piece. The length of the spaces determines the length of the potato piece. A second set of parallel wires is supported in registry with the first mentioned set during dough movement; after the dough is moved by an amount corresponding to the thickness of a french fry body, the wires of the second set are moved across the dough to separate potato pieces suitable for french frying. A machine for automatically synchronizing the movement of the dough and the movement of the second set of wires. A french fry potato piece formed by the apparatus which piece is characterized by an uncompressed surface.
Abstract:
A front fork assembly for two wheel vehicles such as motorcycles and bicycles which includes a pair of tubular trusses arranged in spaced parallel relation and joined by a handle bar on the upper end thereof. The truss members are joined adjacent their upper end by a triple clamp assembly for connecting the forks to the frame of the two wheel vehicle. A forwardly extending transversely pivoted wheel support member is pivotally mounted on the lower end of each of said forks and joined by an axle for supporting the front wheel. A sprung support is adjustably secured to the rear end of the wheel support member with the spring located within the tubular truss member.
