摘要: An array substrate may include a dielectric layer (1), a plurality of pixel units (2) on the dielectric layer (1), auxiliary light emitting elements (3), and a fingerprint recognition layer (4) on a side of the dielectric layer (1) opposite from the pixel units (2). Each of the pixel units (2) may comprise transparent display elements (21). The fingerprint recognition layer (4) may comprise fingerprint recognition elements (41). The fingerprint recognition elements (41) may be configured to receive light emitted by the auxiliary light emitting elements (3) and reflected by a touch control body (10) to identify fingerprint information.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an evaporation device and an evaporation method. The evaporation device includes: an evaporation chamber; a plurality of spaced conductive baffles disposed in the evaporation chamber and dividing the evaporation chamber into a plurality of evaporation sub-chambers, the conductive baffles configured to carry charges of a first polarity; an evaporation source disposed in at least one of the evaporation sub-chambers; and a particle charging circuit disposed in at least one of the evaporation sub-chambers. The particle charging circuit is configured to control evaporation material particles generated from the evaporation source in at least one of the evaporation sub-chambers to have charges of the first polarity.

摘要: An OLED display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The OLED display panel includes an OLED display substrate and an encapsulation layer for encapsulating the OLED display substrate. The OLED display substrate includes a flexible base substrate, and a TFT layer, a planarization layer and an OLED element layer arranged sequentially on the flexible base substrate. At least one layer of the encapsulation layer, and at least one of the flexible base substrate or the planarization layer, are polymer material layers each doped with flexible nano-composite glass fibers.
