The array substrate comprises a display region and a non-display region, the display region comprises a transistor, the transistor comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode and an active layer, the source electrode and the drain electrode are provided on the active layer and are respectively provided at two ends of the active layer. The non-display region is provided with an alignment mark, the alignment mark is provided in a same layer as the active layer and is configured for aligning the source electrode and the drain electrode with the active layer in the case of re-fabricating the source electrode and the drain electrode.

The dual-gate array substrate includes a plurality of pixel unit pairs arranged in an array, every pixel unit pair including a first pixel unit and a second pixel unit, and the first pixel unit and the second pixel unit sharing a data line disposed there-between; a common electrode line disposed between every two adjacent pixel unit pairs in a row direction; a first strip structure disposed between the first pixel unit and the data line; a second strip structure disposed between the second pixel unit and the data line; and a first cross structure, a second cross structure and an intermediate cross structure electrically connecting the first strip structure to the second strip structure.     摘要: A control circuit, a testing apparatus and a method for testing a liquid crystal display panel are provided. The control circuit includes a current sensor and a discharge signal generation circuit. The current sensor is configured to detect a change in an input current of the liquid crystal display panel to generate an indication signal, the indication signal being indicative of switching of image frames displayed by the liquid crystal display panel. The discharge signal generation circuit is configured to receive the indication signal from the current sensor, and the discharge signal generation circuit generates a discharge signal in response to receiving the indication signal, so that a liquid crystal capacitor including the common electrode and the pixel electrode in the liquid crystal display panel is discharged. Hence, the quality of images displayed by the liquid crystal display panel can be improved and the product yield can be increased.

    摘要: A data compensation method and apparatus for a liquid crystal display screen are described herein. Said method comprises determining a timing length ΔT′ from the last turn-off of the liquid crystal display screen upon turn-on of the liquid crystal display screen, and determining a mura data compensation table am called at the time of the last turn-off; determining a mura data compensation table to be called at the time of the present turn-on according to a pre-set time length T needed for stabilization of mura, mura data compensation tables corresponding to pre-set different time periods, said timing length ΔT′, and said mura data compensation table am; performing data compensation starting from the determined mura data compensation table to be called at the time of the present turn-on. By using said method for data compensation, an appropriate initial data compensation table can be determined to obtain a better compensation effect.
