    Abstract: A computing device comprises a primary printed circuit board (PCB), one or more computing components mounted to the primary PCB, a baseboard management controller (BMC) mounted to the primary PCB, a power subsystem, and a logic device coupled to the primary PCB. The power subsystem comprises a power controller with a first logic pin, and the logic device is communicably connected to the first logic pin. The logic device is configured to program the power controller by placing the power controller in a programming mode and inputting programming information into the power controller via the first logic pin.

    Abstract: A two-stage step-down converter includes a first stage and a second stage operatively connected to the first stage. The first stage is to step down an input voltage to an intermediate periodic signal and includes a primary side, a secondary side, and a plurality of transformers to electromagnetically couple the primary side and the secondary side to step down the input voltage to the intermediate periodic signal. The primary windings of the transformers are connected in series and the secondary windings are connected in parallel.

    Abstract: An electronic fuse (e-fuse) for controlling input current of a load includes a transistor switch and a transorb device that is coupled in parallel to the transistor switch between a source and a drain of the transistor switch. A circuit comprising the transistor switch and the transorb device in parallel comprises a first end and a second end. The first end of the circuit is coupled to a power bus. The second end of the circuit is coupled to a first node of the load. The e-fuse includes an RC circuit comprising a resistor coupled in series with a first capacitor. The RC circuit is coupled between the power bus at the first end of the circuit and a return. The return is coupled to a second node of the load. The e-fuse includes a second capacitor that is coupled between the return and the second end of the circuit.

    Abstract: According to some examples, systems and methods are provided for voltage sampling using one or more analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) to sense divided portions of a sampled voltage (e.g., of an output signal), using the one or more analog-to-digital converters to provide a plurality of digital values representative of those divided portions, and combining the plurality of digital values to produce a total digital value representative of the sampled voltage. Such systems and methods can achieve a high resolution for the total digital value while permitting use of ADCs that have a resolution lower than would otherwise be required to achieve the high resolution.
