Abstract: A driving device is a driving device driving a door that includes an upper door and a lower door rotatably connected to the upper door, and the driving device includes: at least one cable including a first section and a second section that are each laid over from the upper door to the lower door; and a driving portion for increasing a degree of folding of the lower door with respect to the upper door by unwinding the first section, and for suppressing a movement of the lower door with respect to the upper door by winding the second section. This driving device can reduce interference of a lower door with an object around the door.

Abstract: A carrier plate is attached to a guide rail so as to move on the guide rail along the extending direction. An erected portion includes a first surface and a second surface which extend in an extending direction. A slit is formed by a first edge portion which is disposed on a side of the first surface of the erected portion and a second edge portion which is disposed on a side of the second surface of the erected portion. A cutout portion which includes an opening facing the erected portion is provided in at least one of the first edge portion and the second edge portion. The cutout portion includes a space portion which allows grease to be stored therein. The grease stored in the cutout portion is applied to the erected portion which slides in the slit when the carrier plate moves on the guide rail.

Abstract: Provided is an opening/closing body opening/closing device capable of effectively preventing water such as rainwater flowing down from an opening/closing body carried by a carrier plate from adhering to a guide rail. The opening/closing body opening/closing device includes a carrier plate that carries an opening/closing body, and a guide rail that guides movement of the carrier plate in a lifting and lowering direction of the opening/closing body. The carrier plate includes, at an upper end portion, a water holding section that holds water reaching the upper end portion of the carrier plate from above. The water holding section includes a water receiving section that faces upward and receives the reaching water, and an outflow preventing section provided with a preventing surface that faces the water receiving section side and prevents the water from flowing out to the guide rail.
