Abstract: An electrical protection device used in a controller of a mechanical equipment is disclosed to include a circuit board, and a pre-stage protection circuit and a post-stage protection circuit formed on the circuit board. The pre-stage protection circuit connects a power supply and a pre-stage of the controller, providing an electrical protection condition such that when a transient surge energy of the power supply surpasses the electrical protection condition, the pre-stage protection circuit blocks the transient surge energy from entering the controller. The post-stage protection circuit connects pre-stage protection circuit and a post-stage of the controller. Further, when the transient surge energy occurs, a response speed of the post-stage protection circuit is slower than that of the pre-stage protection circuit. The electrical protection device of the invention effectively blocks transient surge energy, avoiding electronic system component damage of the mechanical equipment.

Abstract: The teaching equipment of electromechanical system provided by the present invention is used to connect an emergency stop loop of an electromechanical equipment, including a multi-stage key switch, an enabling switch and a safety control device. The multi-stage key switch is used to switch between a first mode and a second mode. The multi-stage key switch generates a switching signal during switching. The enabling switch is connected to the emergency stop loop. The safety control device is used to receive the switching signal. The safety control device includes a transient emergency stop circuit and a disconnection loop time. The safety control device triggers the emergency stop loop to enter the emergency stop state according to the switching signal. The emergency stop state includes that the transient emergency stop circuit interrupts the emergency stop loop until the disconnection loop time is up.

Abstract: The robotic arm operating system includes a control device, a plurality of joint devices and a brake release monitoring device. The control device is used to generate an operation instruction. The joint device is coupled to the control device. Each joint device includes a motor and a driver. The drivers of the joint devices receive the operation instruction to generate corresponding multiple unlocking signals. The unlocking signals are used to release a braking state of the motors of the corresponding joint devices. The brake release monitoring device is coupled to the control device and the joint devices, and includes a plurality of monitoring circuits. When one of the plurality of monitoring circuits does not receive the corresponding unlocking signal, the brake release monitoring device notifies the control device that the operation instruction is not allowed.

Abstract: The relay safety system provided by the present invention includes a relay, an emergency stop device, a trigger detection circuit, a sticking detection circuit, and a power-off circuit. The emergency stop device is used to generate an emergency stop signal. The trigger detection circuit connects the relay and the emergency stop device, and is used to convert the emergency stop signal into a trigger signal. The sticking detection circuit is connected to the trigger detection circuit and the relay, and is used to detect the sticking signal generated by the relay, and generate a power-off signal according to the trigger signal and the sticking signal. The power-off circuit is connected to the emergency stop device, the relay and the sticking detection circuit, and receives the power-off signal, and disconnects the power of the relay according to the power-off signal.
