Abstract: The present invention relates to a health functional food, a food and a cosmetic composition for anti-oxidation, wrinkle improvement, elasticity improvement and skin moisturizing comprising a complex of an Indian gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica) extract and a barley sprout (Hordeum vulgare) as an active ingredient.
