Abstract: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical combination preparations which contain a phenyl-arsenic-dithio compound and a bis-benzimidazole derivative. The combinations of the present invention have a pronounced synergistic action against filariae and other roundworms in animals, insofar as, at the same dosage, they have an increased therapeutic effect as compared to the single components, or the same therapeutic effect can be achieved by substantially decreasing the doses of each of the components.
