摘要： A stable particulate vitamin C composition is described which comprises ascorbic acid, isoascorbic acid, or a salt or ester of either in the form of discrete particles, each particle of which is substantially uniformly coated with an organic polysiloxane. The polysiloxane coating, which does not substantially alter the size or shape of the particles, gives said particles excellent flow properties and stability and facilitates compression of such particles into tablets.
