Abstract: A communication method includes receiving first information from a network device. The first information is used to configure M communication parameter groups corresponding to N candidate carriers, N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and M is greater than or equal to N. The communication method also includes receiving second information from the network device. The second information indicates at least one communication parameter group in the M communication parameter groups. The communication method further includes performing communication on at least one carrier based on the at least one communication parameter group, wherein the N candidate carriers comprise the at least one carrier.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A terminal receives first signaling from a network device. The first signaling indicates at least one type of configuration. The terminal receives second signaling from the network device. The second signaling indicates a first configuration included in the at least one type of configuration. The terminal communicates with the network device based on the first configuration. The at least one type of configuration includes at least one of the following: a quantity of PDSCHs, a quantity of PUSCHs, a quantity of CORESET pools for DCI blind detection, a quantity of transport layers for space division multiplexing, a quantity of tracked TCI states, or a quantity of HARQ processes.
