    Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure relate to the multimedia processing field, and provide a video frame interpolation method, apparatus, and a device. In the video frame interpolation method in this disclosure, a first image at first time, a second image at second time, and sensor data captured by a dynamic vision sensor apparatus are obtained, and the sensor data includes dynamic event data between the first time and the second time. At least one target image is determined based on the first image, the second image, and the sensor data, where the at least one target image is an image corresponding to at least one target time between the first time and the second time. The dynamic event data is used to help compensate for motion information missing from existing image data. This implements accurate prediction of an intermediate image, and improves image prediction effect.

    Abstract: This application provides an image processing method, including: performing stabilization on two adjacent image frames of a video stream acquired by a camera to obtain cropped areas, and performing perspective distortion correction on the cropped areas obtained through stabilization. Because the cropped areas output after stabilization is performed on the two adjacent frames include same or basically same content, it can be ensured that a subsequently generated video is smooth and stable. In this application, position relationships, for perspective distortion correction, between the cropped areas obtained through stabilization are further mapped, so that degrees or effects of perspective distortion correction of the adjacent frames of the subsequently generated video are the same, in other words, degrees of transformation of a same object in the images are the same.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to optical flow estimation methods and apparatuses. One example method includes obtaining a first image frame and a second image frame, where the first image frame and the second image frame are any two adjacent image frames in an image sequence, and the image sequence is obtained by photographing a target scene. A first event frame is obtained, where the first event frame is used to describe a luminance change of the target scene within a time period from the first image frame to the second image frame. A target optical flow is determined based on the first image frame, the second image frame, and the first event frame, where the target optical flow is an optical flow from the first image frame to a target moment, and the target moment is any moment between the first image frame and the second image frame.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a signal processing method, a radar system, and a vehicle. The method is applied to a radar system including an array antenna. The method includes: sequentially transmitting signals according to a first transmission sequence through M transmit antennas, where the first transmission sequence is different from a sequence that is formed by arranging the M transmit antennas based on spatial locations; receiving, through N receive antennas, echo signals that are formed after a target reflects the transmitted signals, where M and N are positive integers, and M is greater than 2; and measuring a parameter of the target based on the echo signals. According to the embodiments of this application, correlation between space and a Doppler phase shift is reduced by changing a switching order of transmit antennas.

    Abstract: A signal transmission method and apparatus, a signal processing method and apparatus, and a radar system are provided, so that a MIMO radar can accurately resume a velocity measurement of a target to a velocity measurement range of a SIMO radar. The signal transmission method is applied to a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) radar. A transmitter in the MIMO radar sends a measurement frame used to measure a velocity of a target. The measurement frame includes a first burst. In the first burst, each low-density transmit antenna sends one chirp signal in each timeslot, and at least one high-density transmit antenna sends more chirp signals in additional timeslots.
