摘要: A system for capturing images for training an item identification model obtains an identifier of an item. The system detects a triggering event at a platform, where the triggering event corresponds to a user placing the item on a platform. At least one camera captures an image of the item. The system extracts a set of features associated with the item from the image. The system associates the item to the identifier and the set of features. The system adds a new entry to a training dataset of the item identification model, where the new entry represents the item labeled with the identifier and the set of features.

摘要: An object tracking system includes a sensor that is configured to capture frames of at least a portion of a global plane for a space. The system is configured to receive a first frame from the sensor. The first frame includes a region-of-interest (ROI) marker within the space. The system is further configured to identify pixel locations within the first frame corresponding with the ROI marker and to define a zone for subsequent frames from the sensor corresponding with the pixel locations. The system is further configured to receive a second frame from the sensor, to detect an object within the zone.

摘要: Various techniques are described utilizing one or more unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs, or “drones”) for various disaster and/or catastrophe-related purposes. UAVs may collect data in an attempt to predict the occurrence and/or extent of a catastrophe and/or to mitigate the impact of a catastrophe before and, if not at that time, once it has occurred. The UAVs may perform various tasks such that the damage to property caused by a catastrophe (or potential catastrophe) may be eliminated or mitigated. A UAV may receive a flight path based on an energy consumption related condition and operate based on the flight path. Operating based on the flight path includes docking the UAV with a power supply device for charging a power source of the UAV.

摘要: An event recognition system includes one or more processing circuits including one or more memory devices and one or more processors. The one or more memory devices are configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to: execute an algorithm that receives image data as an input and recognizes a first equipment object and a second equipment object in the image data; recognize an event involving the first equipment object and the second equipment object based upon the image data containing the recognized first equipment object and the recognized second equipment object; and execute an event procedure based upon the event where the event procedure includes controlling the first equipment object.

摘要: A media application segments a library of media associated with a user account into episodes, wherein each episode is associated with a corresponding time period. The media application generates, using an event machine-learning model, an event signal that indicates a likelihood that an event occurred in each episode, wherein the event machine-learning model is a classifier that receives the media as input. The media application generates an event significance score for each episode. The media application determines one or more events from the episodes based on the event signal and a corresponding event significance score exceeding a threshold event significance value. The media application provides a user interface that includes corresponding media from the one or more events.

摘要: This disclosure provides techniques of synchronizing the playback of two recorded videos of the same surgical procedure. In one aspect, a process for generating a composite video from two recorded videos of a surgical procedure is disclosed. This process begins by receiving a first and second surgical videos of the same surgical procedure. The process then performs phase segmentation on each of the first and second surgical videos to segment the first and second surgical videos into a first set of video segments and a second set of video segments, respectively, corresponding to a sequence of predefined phases. Next, the process time-aligns each video segment of a given predefined phase in the first video with a corresponding video segment of the given predefined phase in the second video. The process next displays the time-aligned first and second surgical videos for comparative viewing.
