Abstract: This application provides an optical signal processing circuit and an electronic device, to improve a signal-to-noise ratio of an output signal of a fingerprint sensor, thereby improving a fingerprint recognition rate. The optical signal processing circuit includes a photosensitive device, an amplifier transistor T1, a switch transistor T2, a switch transistor T3, a readout circuit, a control circuit, and a voltage-adjustable power supply. When the optical signal processing circuit is in a compensation reset phase, the voltage of the gate of T1 exactly reaches a level at which the amplifier transistor T1 is turned on. Therefore, when an input voltage and a voltage increment are applied to the gate of T1, a gate-source voltage Vgs of T1 increases, and T1 amplifies an input voltage signal to generate an output signal.

A first grating part is configured to receive the emitted light through a light incident surface of the first grating part, diffract the emitted light to form a first light, and enable the first light to enter a second grating part. The second grating part is configured to form, based on the first light, a second light propagated in the second grating part, and form, based on the second light, a third light entering a third grating part. The third grating part is configured to form, based on the third light, a fourth light propagated in the third grating part, form an emergent light based on the fourth light, and enable the emergent light to be emitted through a light emergent surface of the third grating part and enter a cover plate.

Abstract: A screen module includes an external screen, a first light blocking layer, a substrate, and a reflection layer that are disposed from outside to inside. An imaging unit array is disposed on the substrate, the imaging unit array includes a plurality of imaging units), and a photosensitive surface of the imaging unit is opposite to the reflection layer. A first aperture array is disposed on the first light blocking layer, the first aperture array includes a plurality of first apertures, and the first aperture is used to allow light reflected by an object outside the screen to the reflection layer to pass through. The reflection layer is configured to reflect, to the imaging unit, the light passing through the first aperture. Thus, user convenience can be improved.
