Each of the plurality of first relative positions is determined based on a second relative position and a third relative position. The first relative position is an initial relative position between the first terminal and a second terminal, the second relative position is a relative position between the first terminal and a reference point, and the third relative position is a relative position between the second terminal and the reference point. The first terminal processes the plurality of first relative positions, to obtain a relative position between the first terminal and the second terminal.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a first message from a first master node. The first message includes an identifier of a first candidate primary secondary cell (PSCell) or an identifier of first configuration information of the first candidate PSCell. The first candidate PSCell is included in both a first PSCell list and a second PSCell list. Alternatively, the first message includes delta configuration information of a second candidate PSCell in the second PSCell list. The first configuration information of the first candidate PSCell includes an addition/change condition and a configuration of the first candidate PSCell. The first PSCell list includes one or more candidate PSCells configured by the first master node for a terminal. The second PSCell list includes one or more candidate PSCells configured by a second master node for the terminal. The method also includes adding a target PSCell or changing from an original PSCell to the target PSCell.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are provided, to resolve a problem that a terminal device may fail to normally communicate with a network side when an SCG is suspended and a link problem occurs in an MCG or a signal quality of the MCG deteriorates, so that communication reliability is improved. The communication method and the apparatus are applicable to a communication system of any dual connectivity architecture, such as EN-DC, NGEN-DC, NE-DC and NR-DC. The method includes: When detecting that a link problem occurs in an MCG or signal quality of the MCG is less than a signal quality threshold, a terminal device resumes a suspended SCG, to resume communication between the terminal device and a network side. The MCG is managed by a master node, and the SCG is managed by a secondary node.

Abstract: Example methods for reporting user equipment location information and apparatus are described. In one example method, user equipment receives a first message, where the first message comprises a paging trigger indication, and the paging trigger indication is used to trigger the user equipment to report, when receiving a paging message, a measurement result of a positioning reference signal. The user equipment receives the paging message in an idle state or an inactive state. The measurement result of the positioning reference signal is reported by the user equipment based on the paging message.
