    Abstract: A memory card and a terminal, where the memory card includes a storage device, a controller, and a memory card interface. The storage device and the controller are disposed inside a card body of the memory card. The memory card interface is disposed on the card body of the memory card. The controller is electrically coupled to the storage device and the memory card interface separately. Because a shape of the memory card is the same as that of a nano subscriber identity module (SIM) card, and a size of the memory card is the same as that of the nano SIM card, a nano SD card is provided.

    Abstract: This application relates to a charging protection circuit. The charging protection circuit implements overcurrent protection by using a four-terminal NMOS switching transistor. In the solution provided in this application, floating management is performed on a Sub port of the four-terminal NMOS switching transistor. Specifically, when the four-terminal NMOS switching transistor is turned on, potential of the Sub port is pulled up, to avoid an excessively large internal resistance of the four-terminal NMOS switching transistor caused by an excessively large voltage between the Sub port and a drain of the four-terminal NMOS switching transistor. In addition, this application further provides a charging circuit and an electronic device.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a card interface and a processing module. The card interface is electrically connected to the processing module, and a SIM card or a memory card may be inserted into the card interface. The card interface includes 8 springs, where N>1; when a memory card is inserted into the card interface, the memory card is electrically connected to the processing module; and when a SIM card is inserted into the card interface, the SIM card is electrically connected to the processing module, and one metal pin of the SIM card is electrically connected to a first spring in the N springs and one spring adjacent to the first spring. The processing module is configured to determine, based on at least a level of the first spring, that an inserted card is a SIM card or a memory card.

    Abstract: A card socket configured for placing a subscriber identification module (SIM) or a memory card includes a first interface, where the first interface is coupled to the SIM or the memory card through a switch. The first interface is further coupled to a first terminal of the switch. A SIM system is coupled to a second terminal of the switch. A memory card system is coupled to a third terminal of the switch. A detection circuit is configured to detect that a card placed in the terminal device is a SIM or a memory card. A control circuit controls the first terminal of the switch to couple to the second terminal of the switch or controls the first terminal of the switch to connect to the third terminal of the switch, based on a detection result of the detection circuit.

    Abstract: Example adaption apparatus are described. An example adaption apparatus includes a first USB interface and a second USB interface. A power signal of the first USB interface is electrically connected to a power signal of the second USB interface. A first channel configuration signal of the first USB interface is electrically connected to an ID signal of the second USB interface using a first resistor. The ID signal of the second USB interface is electrically connected to the power signal of the second USB interface using a second resistor. A resistance value of the first resistor meets a criterion followed by a first device to identify a UFP device according to the USB Type-C protocol. A sum of the resistance value of the first resistor and a resistance value of the second resistor meets a criterion followed by the first device to identify a DFP device according to the USB Type-C protocol.
