Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a synchronization signal sending method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining an initial synchronization sequence, where a spectrum width corresponding to the initial synchronization sequence is greater than a bandwidth of a synchronization channel and is less than a sum of the bandwidth of the synchronization channel and a system protection bandwidth; dividing the initial synchronization sequence into N sub-synchronization sequences; carrying the N sub-synchronization sequences on N time-domain symbols; and sending the N time-domain symbols to a receiving apparatus. According to the synchronization signal sending method provided in the embodiments of this application, a bandwidth loss of a synchronization signal is reduced, and utilization and synchronization performance of a system synchronization bandwidth are improved.

Abstract: A resource sharing method and apparatus are disclosed. Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and more specifically, to a technology for establishing an operation and management channel. In a channel establishment method, a base station obtains a connection status of an operation and management channel between a base station and an operation support system OSS server. If the connection status indicates that there is a connection exception on the operation and management channel, the base station obtains a historical channel establishment parameter that is stored in the base station before a current moment and that is used by the base station to establish the operation and management channel with the OSS server.

Abstract: This application discloses a signal transmission method. The method may include: A core network delivers two sets of QoS parameters to an access network device. The access network device selects one of the two sets of QoS parameters, and indicates the selected set of QoS parameters to the core network. An air interface rate required by the set of QoS parameters can be supported by a RAN. In this way, a QoS parameter applied to related UE, a related bearer, a related PDU session, or a related QoS flow can be effectively determined, and a board capability of an LTE base station does not need to be upgraded. In addition, the core network may set, based on a QoS parameter selected by a RAN side, a corresponding QoS management policy such as a rate adjustment policy, to facilitate data transmission between UE and the core network.

Abstract: In the method, the network device sends first signaling to a first terminal device, the first signaling is used to instruct the first terminal device to perform, on an unlicensed spectrum, a listen before talk LBT procedure used for occupying an unlicensed frequency band, and send uplink information within a first time length on the unlicensed frequency band; the network device receives, on the unlicensed spectrum, the uplink information from the first terminal device within the first time length, where the first time length is a part of maximum channel occupancy time obtained by the first terminal device on the unlicensed spectrum, and the first time length is less than the maximum channel occupancy time.
