    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to signal sending methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining, based on a quantity T of transmit antennas of a radar and a quantity NC of signals transmitted through each transmit antenna in a frame, T codeword sequences that are in a one-to-one correspondence with T transmit antennas, where each of the T codeword sequences includes NC codewords, each codeword sequence is used to process NC signals of a transmit antenna, T>1, NC≥1, both T and NC are integers, a Doppler spectrum corresponding to the T codeword sequences includes a first region corresponding to a main lobe, and a second region and a third region that correspond to side lobes, and a maximum peak value of the side lobe in the second region is less than a maximum peak value of the side lobe in the third region.

    Abstract: Example detection apparatuses, terminal devices, and signal processing methods are provided. The detection apparatus, the terminal device, and the signal processing method may be applied to the fields such as autonomous driving, intelligent driving, assisted driving, or connected vehicles. In one example, the detection apparatus includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is configured to transmit a first signal group and a second signal group, where M first signals included in the first signal group and N second signals included in the second signal group are alternately distributed. The receiver is configured to receive a third signal group obtained after the first signal group is reflected by a target and a fourth signal group obtained after the second signal group is reflected by the target, where the third signal group and the fourth signal group are used to determine association information of the target.
