    Abstract: In a video quality assessment method, an assessment model is first generated based on a subjective assessment result of a user on each sample in a sample set and based on a parameter set (a parameter type in the parameter set may include at least one of a packet loss rate, a delay, and a jitter) of each sample. Therefore, when video quality is being assessed, a parameter set of a to-be-assessed video is obtained first, where the parameter set of the to-be-assessed video has a same parameter type as the parameter set of each sample that is used to generate the assessment model; and then video quality of the to-be-assessed video is assessed based on the assessment model and the parameter set of the to-be-assessed video, to obtain an assessment result.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a weighing method of a touchscreen terminal, and a touchscreen terminal. When a to-be-weighed object is placed in a preset area of a touchscreen of a touchscreen terminal, a reported first capacitance value and reported coordinates of a compensation point are obtained. The first capacitance value is compensated according to a compensation relationship, the coordinates of the compensation point, and the first capacitance value to obtain a second capacitance value.     Abstract: A traffic switching method, a device, and a system where, a software-defined networking (SDN) controller acquires a first state of a target gateway, where the target gateway belongs to an SDN gateway group, the SDN gateway group is used to forward traffic that is transmitted between a first network node and a second network node, and multiple forwarding paths on which multiple gateways in the SDN gateway group are located form multiple equal-cost paths between the first network node and the second network node. The SDN controller sends an Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) entry to the target gateway according to the first state, and changes, of the multiple equal-cost paths, a metric value of a forwarding path on which the target gateway is located from an original value to a first value, where the first value is greater than the original value.
