    Abstract: This application provides an information transmission method and apparatus. A terminal receives downlink control information (DCI), wherein a format of the DCI corresponds to a time domain resource set, the time domain resource set comprises first time domain resource. The terminal determines the first time domain resource from the time domain resource set based on the format of the DCI and second information, wherein the second information is carried in the DCI, and the second information indicates the index of the first time domain resource in the time domain resource set. And the terminal performs information transmission on the first time domain resource and through a physical channel.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide slot format configuration method and device. According to the method, a network device determines a slot format index for performing uplink-downlink transmission with a terminal device. The slot format index corresponds to a row in a slot format information table, and each row in the slot format information table includes positions of uplink symbols, positions of downlink symbols, and positions of unknown symbols in a slot. The network device sends the slot format index to the terminal device. The terminal device determines a slot format for the uplink-downlink transmission from the slot format information table based on the slot format index. The uplink-downlink slot configuration method provided in the embodiments of this application may satisfy specific requirements of low-latency and high-reliability communication scenarios.

    Abstract: A data sending method, a terminal device, and a network device are described. The method may include receiving, by a terminal device, first scheduling information. The first scheduling information indicates first resources that are resources used to send first transport blocks. Furthermore, the first scheduling information indicates a probability value, and the probability value is a block error rate for the first transport blocks that are received by the network device on the first resources or a probability that the network device successfully receives the first transport blocks on the first resources. The method may also include sending, by the terminal device, the first transport blocks on the first resources based on the first scheduling information. In the embodiments, the terminal device may determine, based on the probability value, whether a preparation operation is to be performed for retransmitting all or some of the first transport blocks, so that a time period for the retransmitting can be shortened, thereby reducing a transmission delay.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an uplink channel transmission method, a user equipment (UE), and a base station in the communications field. The method includes: determining, by the UE, n first channels and m second channels; allocating transmit power to L uplink channels according to a maximum uplink transmission time difference between the n first channels and the m second channels, where the L uplink channels include at least k second channels among the m second channels; and transmitting the L uplink channels. The first channel is an uplink channel corresponding to a first cell on a first time unit numbered i, and the first time unit has a first transmission time interval (TTI).
