    Abstract: A camera module is provided. The camera module may be separately used as a camera, or may be applied to a terminal device such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, or a vehicle-mounted device. The camera module includes an optical lens component, a light filtering layer, an image sensor and a drive module. The optical lens component is configured to receive a light beam from a photographed object, and transmit the light beam to the light filtering layer. The light filtering layer is configured to move a position under the drive of the drive module, and respectively transmit light signals filtered at different positions to the image sensor. The image sensor is configured to receive the light signals at the different positions from the light filtering layer, and determine image information based on the light signals at the different positions.

    Abstract: This application provides a zoom assembly, including a first refraction component and a first lens apparatus. The first refraction component is configured to change a transmission path of light, and the first refraction component includes a first surface, a second surface, a third surface, and a first reflection structure. The three surfaces of the first refraction component are all transmission surfaces. An optical axis of the first lens apparatus is perpendicular to the second surface of the first refraction component.     Abstract: Monitoring an operational characteristic of a data communication device within a network includes sampling an operational characteristic of the data communication device at a fine-grain sample rate over a first sampling interval to produce fine-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device, training a machine learning algorithm using the fine-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device, the fine-grain sample rate, and a coarse-grain sample rate that is less than the fine-grain sample rate, sampling the operational characteristic of the data communication device at the coarse-grain sample rate over a second sampling interval to produce coarse-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device, and using the machine learning algorithm to process the coarse-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device to produce accuracy-enhanced samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a signal processing method and device. The method includes: receiving soft information corresponding to encoded signals sent by at least two base stations and CRC check results of decoding results of first subflows in the encoded signals, where the soft information includes first soft information corresponding to the first subflows; obtaining a selective combining result of the first subflows by performing selective combining according to the at least two CRC check results of the decoding results of the first subflows; and if the selective combining result of the first subflows is that CRC check is incorrect, determining a soft combining result of the first subflows according to at least two pieces of the first soft information. The signal processing method and device provided in the embodiments can increase a signal gain.

    Abstract: A low power-consuming encoding method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: receiving a quantity of skip macroblocks and a quantity of macroblocks whose motion vectors (MVs) are a preset value, where the quantity of skip macroblocks and the quantity of macroblocks whose MVs are the preset value are corresponding to a target frame and are sent by a target encoder; obtaining an encoding complexity index according to the quantity of skip macroblocks and the quantity of macroblocks whose MVs are the preset value, and determining a scenario type corresponding to the target frame; and using a secondary encoder as the target encoder if a quantity of first pre-determined scenarios in scenario types separately corresponding to multiple consecutive target frames is greater than a threshold. Power consumed by the secondary encoder is less than power consumed by a primary encoder, which effectively reduces power consumption of encoding.
