Abstract: A data transmission method, device, and system are provided. The method includes: sending, by a base station, an NPSS to UE by using a first subframe in a first radio frame and a first subframe in a second radio frame, where the first radio frame and the second radio frame are consecutive, and both the first radio frame and the second radio frame use a TDD uplink-downlink subframe configuration; sending, by the base station, an NPBCH to the UE by using a second subframe in the first radio frame and a second subframe in the second radio frame; sending, by the base station, an NSSS to the UE by using a third subframe in the first radio frame; and sending, by the base station, a SIB1-NB to the UE by using a third subframe in the second radio frame.

Abstract: This application provides a signal sending method, a signal receiving method, and an apparatus. Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for transmitting positioning assistance data and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, at least one positioning assistance data message sent by a positioning server, where the at least one positioning assistance data message is used to carry positioning assistance data; and broadcasting, by the network device, a system message to a terminal device, where the system message is used by the terminal device to obtain the positioning assistance data. According to the embodiments of this application, the network device broadcasts the system message to broadcast the positioning assistance data. In this way, a problem of low efficiency of transmitting existing centralized positioning assistance data can be resolved, and a problem in the prior art that a positioning server needs to perform signaling communication with each terminal device in a unicast transmission scenario can be avoided, thereby reducing signaling overheads.

In a frequency determining method, a base station determines a frequency according to different modes, so that an interval between the frequency and a channel raster is not greater than a particular threshold. Corresponding frequencies are determined by setting different thresholds. According to the technical solutions provided in this application, user equipment may determine, in different modes, a corresponding frequency resource to communicate with a base station.

The multicast service implementation method and apparatus in embodiments of this application help improve availability of a multicast service.

Abstract: A multicast packet sending method includes a first node that obtains a first multicast packet including multicast routing information of a second node, and sends the first multicast packet to the second node. The second node is a non-leaf subnode of the first node in a multicast tree. Multicast routing information of a node includes a multicast routing identifier of the node and multicast routing information of a non-leaf subnode of the node in the multicast tree. A multicast routing identifier of a node is used by the node to determine a subnode of the node in the multicast tree. The multicast routing information is embedded in the multicast packet, and multicast routing information of a tree recursive structure included in the multicast packet can describe packet forwarding information of the multicast tree or a subtree of the multicast tree.
