摘要: A magnetic suspension thermobalance based on quick photothermal heating comprises a sealed container, a reaction tank, a magnetic suspension device, a laser displacement monitoring component, a photothermal heating component and a photothermal heating component displacement device. A method comprises following steps: weighing a testing sample and adding same into the reaction tank; putting the reaction tank into the sealed container together with a magnetic suspension float; causing the magnetic suspension float to float in the sealed container; introducing gas into the sealed container; measuring the real-time position of the magnetic suspension float, and causing same to a measurement zero point; heating the reaction tank; maintaining a heating beam on the reaction tank; measuring the temperature of the testing sample in the reaction tank; and recording the displacement of the magnetic suspension float, and converting said displacement into mass.

摘要: A supercritical CO2 boiler capable of realizing uniform combustion, corrosion resistance and coking resistance, and a boiler system are provided. The supercritical CO2 boiler includes a main combustion chamber, an upper furnace, a furnace arch and a flue, wherein a cross section of the main combustion chamber is circular or oval, or is of an N-sided shape, where N>4; at least four burner groups are disposed on the main combustion chamber, each group of burner nozzles corresponding to each burner group includes a recirculating air nozzle, a primary air nozzle and a secondary air nozzle; lateral recirculating air nozzles symmetrically distributed are respectively disposed at two sides of the primary air nozzle, the recirculating air nozzle and the lateral recirculating air nozzle are configured to feed recirculating flue gas or a mixed gas of the recirculating flue gas and secondary air into the main combustion chamber.

摘要: A boiler design method and system for a supercritical carbon dioxide unit, and a storage medium are provided. The boiler design method includes the following steps: step 1, determining a boiler type, known design parameters and unknown design parameters of boilers to be designed; step 2, acquiring operating parameters of each selected supercritical carbon dioxide unit respectively, and establishing a relational expression among a plurality of operating parameters in the operating parameters of each supercritical carbon dioxide unit respectively; and step 3, substituting the known design parameters in step 1 into the relational expression determined in step 2, and calculating the unknown design parameters. The operating parameters of the boilers, with the optimal performance, of the supercritical carbon dioxide unit are selected to establish the relational expression, and the determined operating parameters are substituted into the relational expression to calculate design parameters to be determined.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for detecting moisture and volatile matter content in raw coal using the value of baseline drift, comprising the following steps: selecting a plurality of types of standard coal having different coal ranks and different ash contents, performing a Raman spectroscopy test and a proximate analysis on each type of standard coal, calculating the value of baseline drift in the Raman spectrum, and setting up the mapping relationship between the value of baseline drift in the Raman spectrum and the characteristic parameters of the moisture and the volatile matter content. The same method and reference are used to perform a Raman spectroscopy test on raw coal to be tested, so as to calculate the value of baseline drift in a Raman spectrum of the raw coal to be tested, and obtain the moisture and volatile matter content of the raw coal to be tested.
