Abstract: A support device for the rotation of a high-capacity and compact drill pipe storage unit of a seabed drilling rig in a lying state, including: a rack, a plurality of curved support frames, a plurality of lateral drill pipe stoppers and a plurality of annular fences. The curved support frames are provided parallelly and coaxially on a slideway of the rack. A separating plate is provided on each of the curved support frames. A curved support surface of each of the curved support frames is in contact with a circular edge surface of the corresponding separating plate. The annular fences are mounted on the rack. Each of the annular fences is provided with a first gap and a second gap. The first gap is provided corresponding to the lateral drill pipe stopper. The second gap is configured to allow the drill pipes enter and exit the drill pipe storage unit.

Abstract: A testing device for simulating frictional wear behaviors of threaded joints of a drill pipe under turbid seafloor environment, including a support, an oil cylinder, upper and lower specimens, a first motor, several second motors, stirring rods, a turbidity sensor, and a test tank. The oil cylinder and test tank are arranged on the support. A piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected to the first motor. A rotating-speed sensor is arranged on a bottom surface of the first motor, facing toward an output shaft of the first motor. The output shaft of the first motor is connected to an upper end of a torque limiter. A lower end of the upper specimen fits an upper end of the lower specimen under loading of a main shaft of the first motor. The stirring rods are provided at two sides of the test tank.

Abstract: A pre-tension and tensile impact test apparatus capable of simulating a full-sea-depth environment includes a pre-tensioning device, a Hopkinson bar device, a seawater pressure simulation device, a power source group and an acquisition control unit. The Hopkinson bar device includes an input rod, an air compressing device, a test sample and an output rod. The pre-tensioning device, the input rod, the air compressing device, the seawater pressure simulation device, the test sample and the output rod are successively arranged on the same axis. The air compressing device includes an air cylinder, an end cover and an impact piston. Two ends of the air cylinder are each provided with the end cover. The impact piston and the air cylinder are in clearance fit. The input rod is coaxially connected to the impact piston. Two ends of the input rod each extend out of the end cover.
