    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) having first, second and third sub-pixels of different colors includes: a substrate; first and second electrodes; an organic emission layer (OEL) between the electrodes including a first OEL in the first sub-pixel, a second OEL in the second sub-pixel, and a common third OEL in the first, second and third sub-pixels; a hole transport layer (HTL) between the first electrode and OEL; a hole injection layer (HIL) between the first electrode and HTL; an intermediate layer between the HTL and HIL; a first optical thickness auxiliary layer (OTAL) between the first OEL and third OEL in the first sub-pixel and including a first hole transporting compound and a cyano group-containing compound; and a second OTAL including a second hole transporting compound between the third OEL and HTL in the first sub-pixel, and between the second OEL and HTL in the second sub-pixel.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes a red pixel, a green pixel, and a blue pixel. The red pixel, the green pixel and the blue pixel each includes: a pixel electrode; a hole auxiliary layer on the pixel electrode; a blue organic emission layer on the hole auxiliary layer; an electron auxiliary layer on the blue organic emission layer; and a common electrode on the electron auxiliary layer. The red pixel and the green pixel include: a red boundary layer and a green boundary layer, respectively; a red resonance assistance layer and a green resonance assistance layer, respectively; and a red organic emission layer and a green organic emission layer formed between the red resonance assistance layer and the blue organic emission layer, and between the green resonance assistance layer and the blue organic emission layer, respectively.

    摘要: A method of fabricating an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) includes: forming red, green, blue and white pixel regions on a substrate; forming first electrodes in the respective pixel regions on the substrate, the first electrodes being spaced apart from one another; forming a pixel defining layer having an opening partially exposing surfaces of the first pixel electrodes on the substrate; forming organic layers including at least an organic EMission Layer (EML) in the opening of the pixel defining layer; forming a second electrode on the organic layers; forming a passivation layer on the second electrode; and forming red, green and blue color filter layers on the passivation layer using a laser induced thermal imaging method to correspond to the organic layers of the red, green and blue pixel regions, the red, green and blue color filter layers being sequentially formed and ends of a first-formed color filter layer overlapping second and third formed color filter layers.
