摘要: An automatic steering device is presented for controlling the direction of travel of an asphalt finisher during a paving operation. The device is provided with a laser generator (18) which projects a laser beam of a slit shape on a series of objects along the roadside which is selected to served as a reference line (A). An image recording device (17), a CCD camera, is disposed on the vehicle member (2), which records the projected laser light illuminating the objects and outputs a generated image (Ba) to a master controller (22). The master controller (22) determines the current deviation of the vehicle member (2) from the reference line (A) by the changes in the position of the generated image (Ba), and operates the automatic control device so as to steer the vehicle member (2) in the correct direction to permit the asphalt finisher to follow the reference line (A).

摘要: Efficient paving operation requires that the levelling operation of asphalt be carried out accurately along a reference line which follows a given direction along a roadside. A simple and effective automatic control device for controlling the steering direction in conjunction with adjustments of the screed for an asphalt finisher (shortened to finisher) is presented. The control device automatically regulates the extension or retraction of the screeds on both sides of the finisher in reference to a visual display of the reference line following some objects along the roadside. The visual detection system of control is simple and economical and provides an accurate control over the direction of paving.

摘要: The present method of constructing block pavement, which solves conventional problems, is applicable not only to landscape pavement of a sidewalk or an open space, but also to an ordinary roadway having heavy traffic of large vehicles, and makes available block pavement provided with a beautiful appearance and an excellent durability. This method involves the steps of providing a tack coat layer by spraying an asphalt emulsion on a base of a road or the like; then placing an aggregate on the upper surface thereof to form an aggregate layer; arranging a plurality of paving blocks on the upper surface thereof while keeping the upper surfaces of the blocks in flush; then pouring uniformly a cement asphalt mortar from joint spaces formed between the paving blocks to fill the void of the aggregate layer to form a buffer support layer; and filling also the joint spaces uniformly with the cement asphalt mortar or a pouring joint filler material other than the cement asphalt mortar, thereby securing the paving blocks integrally on the base.

摘要: This invention relates to a waterproof connector (100) provided with structure (306, 316) to prevent water from entering the electrical connection unit. The invention double locks the male housing (300) and achieves miniaturization by providing a latch arm (314) inserted into the engaging aperture (202) in the female housing (200). The male housing's (300) sides are surrounded by a seal member (316) slanted so that on the first side equipped with a latch arm (314) the seal member (316) is ahead of the latch arm (314) in the insertion direction, and on the other side where a double lock member (310) is inserted the seal member (316) is to the rear of the double lock member (310) in the insertion direction. The male member (300) is waterproof when engaged in the engaging aperture (202) of the female housing (200).

摘要: An ink washing device for use in a printing machine, including a spraying pipe. The pipe comprises a plurality of nozzles for spraying the washing fluid onto an ink roller. The washing fluid is supplied to the nozzle, via a washing fluid supply conduit, and compressed air is supplied to the nozzles, via an air supply conduit. The washing fluid supply conduit and the air supply passage communicate with a swirl chamber. The washing fluid and the compressed air are intermixed within the swirl chamber prior to being dispensed through the nozzles.
