    摘要: A structure of storing a vehicular seat according to one aspect of the invention is constituted by a seat detachably connected to a support base, and a storing space capable of storing the seat detached from the support base. The seat includes an engaging member is fixed to the support base by engaging an engaging portion provided at the support base. The storing space includes a bottom wall, side walls erected to an upper side from two left and right side edges of the bottom wall, and a depth wall erected from a depth edge of the bottom wall to the upper side, and is constituted to slide to store the seat. The seat includes fixing means at predetermined positions inside of the storing space. The fixing means are formed by shapes to slidingly receive and to fix the engaging member of the seat.

    摘要: According to this invention, there are provided a stopper stopping forward pivoting of a seat back at the position of a forwardly tilted state, a stopper operation mechanism, a reclining mechanism switching the seat back between a free state in which it can be pivoted with respect to a seat cushion and a lock state in which it cannot be pivoted with respect thereto, a reclining lever, and a connection lever. Through operation of operation levers the seat back is placed in the free state via the stopper operation mechanism, the connection lever, and the reclining lever, and the stopper is moved via the stopper operation mechanism. And, between the stopper operation mechanism and the reclining lever is provided a retention mechanism that retains the stopper at a position to which the stopper is moved.

    摘要: A vehicle seat can include a stopper capable of stopping a forward tilting of a seat back at a forwardly tilted position, and a stopper operation mechanism. The stopper operation mechanism has a main pivoting member that is pivoted through an operation of a forward tilting operation lever, a sub pivoting member that is pivoted with respect to the main pivoting member, and a connection spring connecting these tilting members to each other. When the forward tilting operation lever is operated, the sub pivoting member receives a force from the connection spring to be pivoted together with the main pivoting member, causing the stopper to move to an acting position. When the stopper is pushed from the acting position toward a non-acting position, with the forward tilting operation lever being operated, the sub pivoting member receives a force from the stopper to elastically deform the connection spring, and is pivoted with respect to the main pivoting member together with the stopper.

    摘要: In order to produce a cassette, such as tape cassette, disc cassette or the like, the following steps are taken. First, fixed and movable dies are prepared which are unitable to define therewithin a shaped cavity. The movable die has at its inner surface a retaining ridge which includes a first portion immediately projected from the inner surface and a second portion immediately projected from the first portion. The second portion has side walls at least one of which has a laterally extending projection at the position remote from the first portion. Second, the fixed and movable dies are coupled to define the shaped cavity therewithin. Third, a plastic material is injected into the shaped cavity in such a manner that the retaining ridge is immersed in the injected plastic material. Fourth, the fixed and movable dies are uncoupled and a cured molded article of the plastic material thus produced is released from the movable die. Due to the unique configuration of the retaining ridge, undesirable burrs which are inevitably produced on the molded article are entirely positioned in a groove which is formed in the article by the retaining ridge.
