摘要： A slant post base mounting mechanism for a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus includes a support for preventing movement of an adjusting screw, the support having an elastic member mounted on upper surface thereof and a plate spring formed with a clamp shaped, a v-type stopper having holes formed on an upper and a vertical surfaces thereof, respectively. Also, the plate spring includes a guide portion formed on a lower surface thereof, the guide portion being in contact with the protrusion of the slant post base in order to support the adjusting screw, and a slant portion formed at an end of the guide portion, the slant portion being movably inserted in a hole formed at a vertical surface of the V-type stopper.

摘要： An idler gear transfer control apparatus for a reel drive apparatus of a VCR, is disclosed, wherein the VCR includes a reversible motor, a base, a shaft disposed at the base, an input gear rotatably disposed on the shaft for receiving a driving force from the motor, and an idler arm having one end rotatably connected to the shaft and another end carrying an idler gear connected to the input gear, the idler arm being movable about the shaft for engaging the input gear, the idler arm being movable about the shaft for engaging the idler gear selectively with a supply reel gear or a take-up reel gear, whereby the driving force of the motor is selectively transferred to the supply reel gear or the tape-up reel gear in accordance with a rotation direction of the input gear. The idler gear transfer control apparatus includes a plurality of stoppers provided at the one end of the idler arm connected to the shaft for limiting the movements of the idler arm, and a cassette lock release having a flat top surface for selectively engaging with the stoppers, wherein the idler gear is moved by the driving force of the motor and contacts the supply reel gear or the take-up reel gear, before or at the same time one of the stoppers contacts the flat top surface of the cassette lock release.

摘要： A reel driving apparatus for a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus provides the capability of easily changing the operational mode between a reproducing mode and a reverse reproducing mode without departing a pinch roller from a shaft of a capstan motor. The reel driving apparatus includes a reversely rotatable motor, a slip mechanism for receiving a rotational force from the motor and generating a predetermined torque in cooperation with a predetermined slip, a rotational force relay unit connected to the slip mechanism for receiving the rotational force from the slip mechanism, and a switching unit for performing an operation in order for the rotational force relay unit to be selectively connected with either a supply reel driving unit or a take-up reel driving unit, whereby the rotational force from the slip mechanism is selectively transferred to either the supply reel driving unit or the take-up reel driving unit by switching the rotational force relay unit.
