The impeller gas feeding flow passage includes: an inner flow passage and an outer flow passage. The impeller is disposed inside the volute. The blades are disposed on an outer part of the impeller. The partition plate is circumferentially disposed between the impeller gas inlet and the impeller gas outlet. The partition plate divides the impeller gas feeding flow passage into the inner flow passage and the outer flow passage.
