Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of water body treatment, and particularly relates to a method for enhancing biological denitrification based on the addition of exogenous β-cyclodextrin. Preferably, Paracoccus denitrificans and β-cyclodextrin are added for biological denitrification enhancement. In the present disclosure, the β-cyclodextrin is exogenously added to a denitrifying medium to construct a denitrification system, so that the denitrification rate of microorganisms may be increased and the production of harmful denitrification intermediate products is reduced.

Abstract: A biohydrogen production device of corn stalks based on synchronous saccharification and fermentation and a hydrogen production method thereof are provided. The biohydrogen production device has a vertical fermenter, an irradiation pretreatment unit, an enzymolysis saccharification unit, a dark fermentation unit, a photofermentation unit, a power supply box and a hydrogen storage tank. The method and device utilize the high specificity of different microorganisms to the substrate to combine the dark fermentation and the process of photofermentation hydrogen production. The method and device can be used for the preparation of hydrogen.

Abstract: A method of determining nitrous oxide emission of a river based on land-river-atmosphere simulation, includes the steps of: obtaining nitrogen emission from land in each region; dividing the nitrogen emission into a prediction set and a test set; using nitrogen emission prediction set, and geographical variables and climate variables under the nitrogen emission prediction set to process RF regression model training to obtain a trained RF regression model, using nitrogen emission test set, and geographical variables and climate variables under the nitrogen emission test set to process RF regression model training to obtain a trained RF regression model, and outputting a river water quality concentration of each sub-basin in each region; obtaining river hydrological parameters of each sub-basin, inputting the river hydrological parameters and river water quality concentration of each sub-basin to an air-water interface gas exchange model to obtain a total river N2O emission in each sub-basin.

Abstract: A high-load organic wastewater dark fermentation biohydrogen production device and a hydrogen production method are provided. An exhaust port of the production device is communicated with a gas collection region through a gas pipe; a return inlet is arranged at a bottom; a baffle plate is arranged in a two-phase separation device; the baffle plate has a helical shape that makes influent water form a helical centripetal water flow path; one end of an inert gas communicating pipe is connected with an air hole at a bottom of the gas collection region; the other end of the inert gas communicating pipe is communicated with an air intake disc; the inert gas communicating pipe is provided with a connecting hole and an air pump; and the gas collection region is connected with a gas buffer tank and a hydrogen storage tank in sequence. Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel membrane aerated anaerobic granular sludge reactor, belonging to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The reactor solves the problems of low solubility of gas substances in an aqueous solution, large gas-liquid mass transfer resistance and low mass transfer rate. The top of a reactor body is provided with a water outlet, and the middle side wall of the reactor body is provided with a middle water outlet; the middle water outlet of the reactor body is connected with a water inlet of a membrane module; a water outlet of the membrane module is connected with a bottom water inlet of the reactor body through a circulating pump, a water inlet is connected with the bottom water inlet of the reactor body through a feed pump, a high pressure gas cylinder outputs high pressure gas to the membrane module, and a gas pressure regulating valve is arranged between the high pressure gas cylinder and the membrane module. The novel membrane aerated anaerobic granular sludge reactor improves the content of a gas substrate therein, and shortens the formation time of granular sludge. The method for efficient nitrogen removal and greenhouse gas mitigation has higher nitrate and ammonia removal rates and a higher dissolved methane removal rate within a shorter time.
