摘要： A cartridge type valve core structure of a water tap includes a cartridge casing and a valve core. The cartridge casing has an accommodation room therein. An outer wall of the cartridge casing is provided with a first engaging portion for connecting with the water tap. The valve core is disposed in the accommodation room. The valve core includes a control end, a water inlet end, a water outlet end, and at least one water room. The control end extends out of the cartridge casing from a top end of the accommodation room. The water inlet end extends out of the cartridge casing from a bottom end of the accommodation room. The water outlet end extends out of the cartridge casing from one side of the accommodation room. Through the aforesaid modular structure, the valve core can be mounted to the water tap quickly through the cartridge casing.

摘要： An operating structure of a pilot-operated solenoid valve is provided. The pilot-operated solenoid valve includes a valve body having a main valve orifice and a pilot valve orifice to open and close the main valve orifice. The pilot valve orifice communicates with an accommodating chamber of the valve body. The operating structure includes a knob, an adjustment rod, and a water stop nut. The knob is positioned and fitted to an opening of the accommodating chamber. The adjustment rod is hermetically fitted in the accommodating chamber. One end of the adjustment rod is threadedly connected to the knob, and the other end of the adjustment rod is connected to the water stop nut. The adjustment rod is driven to move axially by rotation of the knob for driving the water stop nut to control the opening and closing of the main valve orifice.

摘要： An operating structure of a pilot-operated solenoid valve is provided. The pilot-operated solenoid valve includes a valve body having a main valve orifice and a pilot valve orifice to open and close the main valve orifice. 摘要： A pipe connecting structure includes a tube made of PERT (polyethylene of raised temperature resistance) or PEX (crosslinked polyethylene) having a light-pervious or light-absorption color and a tubular connector made of PP (polypro pylene), PE (poly ethylene), POM (polyformaldehyde) or PA (polyamide) having a light-absorption or light-pervious color. One end of the tube and one end of the tubular connector are mated with each other to be welded together by laser welding with parameters including a power in the range of 13-28 W and a rotational speed in the range of 45-50 rpm. The strength of the pipe connecting structure is up to 500 psi when making a burst pressure test. The strength of the pipe connecting structure is two-three times as much as the original PERT tubular connector.
