摘要： A vaccine for infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) is prepared by non-ionic detergent extraction of IBR virus infected cells. The extracted viral envelope protein can be prepared in injectable dose form by combination with an oil-type adjuvant. The vaccine produces a high level of antibody response, and is capable of eliminating virus shed for animals infected after immunization.
