    摘要: A lubrication-condition detector detects a lubricant shortage of a target portion that repeats a predetermined operation at a predetermined cycle. The lubrication-condition detector includes: a physical-quantity measuring unit for continuously measuring a physical quantity related to the target portion; and a computer for determining a presence of a lubricant shortage based on the physical quantity. The computer includes: a cycle extractor for extracting a cycle datum per an operational cycle from continuous data including the physical quantity and its measuring time; a representative-value calculator for calculating a representative value for each of plural cycle data; and determining unit for determining a presence of a lubricant shortage based on the plural representative values.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to suppress a clamping force from sharply increasing when dies are clamped in an electric direct-acting die clamping unit of an injection molding machine. A movable platen is arranged to face a stationary platen. A stationary die is attached to the front surface of the stationary platen, whereas a movable die is attached to the front surface of the movable platen. The movable platen is connected to the front surface of a backup plate via four coil springs. A nut of a ball screw is fixed at each of diagonally-opposed corners of the backup plate. The threaded rod of the ball screw passes through the backup plate via the nut. The tip portion of the threaded rod is rotatably connected to the stationary platen. The rear end portion of the threaded rod is connected to a motor.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method of monitoring operation data for quality control with a little possibility that a nondefective product is mistakenly determined as a defective product even if the operation data fluctuates in a large waviness curve. Every time an operation data piece for quality control is obtained, a moving average of the predetermined number of data pieces lately obtained is calculated. When the deviation of a data piece from the moving average exceeds the tolerance limit, an alarm is generated. By employing the method of the present invention for monitoring operation data such as charging time, injection time and the amount of cushion in an injection-molding machine, the accuracy of determination as to a defective or nondefective can be improved.

    摘要: A check ring is mounted around a shaft of a screw tip that is mounted on a front part of a screw, whereby a resin is prevented from flowing back from ahead of a conical portion toward the screw. Projections are provided on a front end surface of the check ring. In measurement, a rear end surface of the conical portion of the screw tip and respective end surfaces of the projections are brought into contact with one another, whereby gaps are created between the screw tip and respective root surfaces of teeth of the check ring. By doing this, resin passages can be secured around contact surfaces between the rear end surface of the screw tip and the respective end surfaces of the projections of the check ring.
