The control device drives the halfnut positioning servomotor to remove a clearance between the halfnut and an engaging groove of the tie bar before a die clamping process carried out by the hydraulic cylinder.

    摘要: A check ring is mounted around a shaft of a screw tip that is mounted on a front part of a screw, whereby a resin is prevented from flowing back from ahead of a conical portion toward the screw. Projections are provided on a front end surface of the check ring. In measurement, a rear end surface of the conical portion of the screw tip and respective end surfaces of the projections are brought into contact with one another, whereby gaps are created between the screw tip and respective root surfaces of teeth of the check ring. By doing this, resin passages can be secured around contact surfaces between the rear end surface of the screw tip and the respective end surfaces of the projections of the check ring.

    摘要: A screw tip is provided in front of a screw with a shaft interposed therebetween, and a check ring is fitted around the shaft. The check ring is separated from a front end portion of the screw when the screw is rotated in a forward direction. The check ring contacts the front end portion of the screw when the screw is advanced. A front end surface of the check ring is provided with teeth, and a rear end surface of the screw tip is provided with grooves with which the respective teeth are engaged. Respective one side surfaces of the grooves and the teeth which are pressed against each other when the screw is rotated in the forward direction are formed vertical to the front end surface of the check ring, and side surfaces thereof located on the reverse sides of the above respective one side surfaces are inclined.

    摘要: The retreat completion position of the screw in the charging step in actual production is controlled based on the result in pilot production as follows. In pilot production, the measurement value Ts of the screw driving torque is integrated with respect to the screw position P from the forward limit to the retreat completion position Ps. When conforming item is produced in the pilot production, the value &Sgr;Ts·dP obtained as a result of the integration is stored as a reference value. After actual production begins, the measurement value Tx of the screw driving torque is integrated in real time with respect to the screw position P from the forward limit to the screw position at each time. The obtained value &Sgr;Tx·dP is monitored. When this value &Sgr;Tx·dP coincides with the reference value &Sgr;Ts·dP, it is determined that the charging step has been completed, and the retreat operation of the screw is stopped.
