摘要: The invention has an object to provide a cold storage capable of simplifying a construction for pushing up a cooling unit and easily positioning a mounting position of the cooling unit. The cold storage includes a cooling unit integrated with a cooling box accommodating a cooler and a blower, and a compressor, a condenser and the like provided on a mounting base; a cold air discharge and a suction port formed in the bottom wall of a thermal insulating housing; fixing members having a stopper for positioning the cooling unit in a machine room such that a cold air discharge and a suction port correspond to lower sides of the first mentioned discharge and suction ports, respectively; and pushing-up members and operating arms for them, the pushing-up members causing the cooling unit to be pushed up toward the bottom wall of the thermal insulating housing by abutting against the lower surface of the mounting base on front and rear sides with respect to inserting direction of the cooling unit into the machine room.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of a transition critical refrigerating cycle device in which a gas cooler and a sub-cooler constitute one heat exchanger so as to most efficiently cool a refrigerant in the device. During manufacturing of the transition critical refrigerating cycle device constituted by successively connecting a compressor, the gas cooler, a capillary tube and an evaporator and having a supercritical pressure on a high-pressure side of the device, the sub-cooler which cools an intermediate-pressure refrigerant of the compressor is disposed, the gas cooler and the sub-cooler are integrated to constitute a heat exchanger, and a ratio of the number of refrigerant pipes of the sub-cooler to the number of refrigerant pipes of the whole heat exchanger is set to 20% or more and 30% or less.

摘要: A manufacturing method of a transition critical refrigerating cycle device in which a gas cooler and a sub-cooler are integrated to constitute one heat exchanger so as to most efficiently cool a refrigerant in the device. The transition critical refrigerating cycle device is constituted by successively connecting a compressor, the gas cooler, a capillary tube and an evaporator, and having a supercritical pressure on a high-pressure side of the device. The sub-cooler cools an intermediate-pressure refrigerant of the device. A ratio of the number of refrigerant pipes of the sub-cooler to the number of refrigerant pipes of the whole heat exchanger is set to 20% or more and 30% or less. The refrigerant pipes of the sub-cooler have a uniform heat transfer area per unit length of each refrigerant pipe.

摘要: To provide an ebullient cooling device that can prevent the freezing of liquid cooling medium, and which can inhibit the occurrence of burnout.An ebullient cooling device according to the present invention is characterized in that: it comprises an accommodating unit in which a liquid cooling medium is accommodated, the liquid cooling medium receiving heat that results from a heating element; the liquid cooling medium is a mixed liquid comprising at least two types of liquids whose boiling points differ; the accommodating unit has: a heat-transferring wall portion that conveys the heat of the heating element to the liquid cooling medium; and a facing wall portion that faces the heat-transferring wall portion by way of the liquid cooling medium; and a separation distance between the heat-transferring wall portion and the facing wall portion is 3 mm or less.

An ebullient cooling device according to the present invention is characterized in that it is an ebullient cooling device that includes a heat receiving unit to which a heating element is installed, and which has a cooling medium in the inside, a condensing unit which communicates with the heat receiving unit, and which condenses the cooling medium that has been boiled by means of heat resulting from the heating element, a cooling-medium circulating unit which communicates with the heat receiving unit and condensing unit, into which the cooling medium having been condensed at the condensing unit flows and additionally which supplies the cooling medium to the heat receiving unit, and an inner bottom face of the condensing unit includes a guiding portion which guides the cooling medium to the cooling-medium circulating unit by means of gravity.
