摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for detecting a belt-cutoff of a dryer. The apparatus comprises a drying drum accommodating a laundry therein; a motor applying a rotational force to the dry drum; a belt wound around the drying drum and a rotating shaft of the motor; and a belt cut detecting unit provided adjacent to the motor in order to sense the belt-cutoff, wherein the belt cut detecting unit is pressed as the motor is rotated by a turning moment when the belt is cut off.

Disclosed is a dryer, comprising: a heater for heating the air which is to be directed to a dry drum; a motor for rotating the dry drum; a power supply unit for supplying electric current to the heater and the motor; a heater relay for selectively applying electric current to the heater; a motor relay for selectively applying electric current to the motor; a safety relay for selectively applying electric current from the power supply unit to the respective relay; and a control unit for cutting off electric current by turning off the safety relay when an abnormal stop occurs, after the control unit determines whether the abnormal stop occurs during a drying operation.

摘要： A laundry treating machine and a control method of the same are disclosed. The present invention relates to a laundry treating machine capable of efficiently treating clothes received therein. The laundry treating machine includes an accommodating space receiving laundry therein, a circulation duct in communication with the accommodating space, a first condensing device provided along the circulation duct and supplying dried air to the accommodating space and a second condensing device provided along the circulation duct and increasing dryness of air supplied to the accommodating space, independent from the first condensing device.

摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to cloth treating machines and methods for operating a cloth treating machine. The controls can supply an appropriate amount of water initially and subsequently based on one or more selected courses or modes of operating the cloth treating machine. For example, the cloth treating machine can supply an appropriate amount of water to a steam generator initially based on a selected course. The steam generator can use the water to generate steam to sanitize and de-wrinkle clothes placed inside a cabinet of the cloth treating machine. During operation, a sensor can sense the level of the water inside the steam generator. An appropriate amount of water can then be re-supplied subsequently based on the selected course or sensed water level, repeatedly. The operation of the cloth treating machine can improve efficiency by reducing the time taken to supply water and generate steam.
