摘要: The present disclosure provides a thin film sensor and a method for preparing a thin film sensor. The thin film sensor includes: a base substrate; a first conductive mesh on the base substrate; where the first conductive mesh includes first metal wires arranged side by side along a first direction and each extending in a second direction, and second metal wires each extending in a third direction; and the first metal wires intersect with the second metal wires; and a second conductive mesh on a side of the first conductive mesh away from the base substrate; where the second conductive mesh includes first transparent conductive wires arranged side by side along the first direction and each extending in the second direction, and second transparent conductive wires each extending in the third direction; and the first transparent conductive wires intersect with the second transparent conductive wires.

摘要: Disclosed are a touch substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a touch apparatus. The touch substrate includes an electrostatic transmission layer, a first insulating layer, a first conductive layer, a second insulating layer, and a second conductive layer which are sequentially stacked, wherein the first conductive layer includes a first touch electrode, the second conductive layer includes a second touch electrode and a second dummy electrode which are insulated from each other, and the second dummy electrode is electrically connected to the electrostatic transmission layer by means of a via penetrating the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer; and/or, the first conductive layer further includes a plurality of first dummy electrodes insulated from one another, and the first dummy electrode and the first touch electrode are insulated from each other.

摘要: A scanning circuit, a driver circuit, a touch display panel, a receiving switching circuit and a driving method are disclosed. The scanning circuit includes a function switching circuit and a plurality of shift register units that are cascaded. Each shift register units includes a control terminal and a shift scanning output terminal, and is configured to output a first output signal at the shift scanning output terminal; the function switching circuit includes a mode switching input terminal, a control signal output terminal and a mode scanning output terminal, and the control signal output terminal and the mode scanning output terminal are respectively connected to the control terminals and the shift scanning output terminals of the plurality of shift register units. The function switching circuit is configured to output the control signal to the control terminals or to output a second output signal to the shift scanning output terminals.

摘要: Provided are a touch substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display apparatus. The touch substrate includes: a base, a first touch layer and a second touch layer on the base, and an interlayer insulation layer between the second touch layer and the first touch layer. The first touch layer includes first touch electrodes and touch signal lines arranged side by side along a first direction and extending in a second direction. The second touch layer includes second touch electrodes arranged side by side along the second direction, each of which extends in the first direction and is connected to at least one touch signal lines through a first connection via penetrating through the interlayer insulation layer. The first touch layer further includes at least one shielding electrode extending in the second direction and arranged between the first touch electrodes and the touch signal lines.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a touch substrate and a touch display device. In the touch substrate, the first touch control electrodes are provided with the shadow elimination structures at the first intersections, and the orthographic projections of the shadow elimination structures on the base substrate cover the orthographic projections of the connection through holes on the base substrate, so that shadows of the connection through holes can be shielded by the shadow elimination structures, when the user watches the touch substrate from the side, away from the signal line layer, of the base substrate, and thus the ghosting shadow problem of the connection through holes can be resolved.
