    摘要: This actuating drive (1) for a control valve (2) has a control circuit which sets the actuating drive (1) to correspond with a specified required value from an overriding installation control system. It has, in addition, a main piston (6) sliding in a main cylinder (5) with a drive volume (7), on one side of the main piston (6), which can be acted on in a controlled manner by oil under pressure and has a plate valve (17) fitted upstream of the drive volume (7).The intention is to create an actuating drive, for a control valve, whose dynamic behavior can be improved by relatively simple means. This is achieved by the plate valve (17) being provided with a separate reservoir volume, connected to a drain appliance, for the oil emerging from the plate valve (17).

    摘要: This hydraulic valve has a housing (2) with a feed line (12) and a discharge line (14) for a fluid. A sealing point is provided between the feed line and discharge line. A spring acts in the closing direction on the sealing point via a piston.The aim is to create a hydraulic valve which requires no additional energy source. This is achieved when the piston (8, 23) can be moved in the opening direction merely by a total of the pressures present in the feed line (12) and in the discharge line (14).

    摘要: This hydraulic actuator has a drive volume (11) pressurized by extreme-pressure oil. The oil pressure is converted into a valve movement by a drive piston (10). A spring element acts upon the drive piston (10) in a manner opposing the oil pressure. The actuator is to be constructed such that extreme-pressure oil escaping from the drive volume (11) cannot cause any consequential damage. This is achieved in that the drive volume (11) is completely surrounded by a safety volume (3, 7) filled with low-pressure oil.

    摘要: The drive comprises a drive motor (1), two differentials (2, 2'), two worm drives (6, 6'), two servomotors (10, 10'), as well as two control units (9, 9'). The drive motor (1) is connected to one input shaft (3, 3') each, the worm gears (8, 8') are each connected to another input shaft (4, 4') of the differentials (2, 2'), and the worms (7, 7') are connected to output shafts (19, 19') of the servomotors (10, 10'). The driving shafts (5, 5') of the differentials (2, 2') are coupled with one another so that they rotate in opposite directions. The control units (9, 9') control the servomotors (10, 10') so that at constant speed of the drive motor (1) the sum of speeds of the output shafts (19, 19') is constant. Due to this design, the driving shaft (5) is able to rotate in both directions of rotation at constant direction of rotation and constant direction of the drive torque acting on the drive motor, and the driving torque is able to act in both directions. The second servomotor (10') and, if need be, the second worm drive (6') may also be replaced with an additional differential.

The pitch angle of the thread of the worm gear (20) lies between 5.degree. and 9.degree.. The rotational speed of the servo motor is controlled by a control (9). As a result of this design, a large controllable range of rotational speed is achieved with a lower power output from the servo motor. In this way, a large output power can be precisely regulated with little regulation effort. The drive has a high dynamic ratio and is suitable, for example, for cranes and elevators.

The crank disc meshes with a pinion of a driven shaft. By this development the characteristics of the crank drive can be chosen within a wide range. Combustion and efficiency can be increased upon employment in a piston combustion motor.

    摘要: The invention relates to a plate valve (1) as used for the actuator of a control valve. It comprises an inlet (2) with a sealing seat (3) around which the openings of the outlet (7) are arranged, and it has two plates (4), (5), between which there is an interspace (13). Both plates (4), (5) are attached to the housing (11) by springs (6) in a spring space (12). The spring space (12) is operatively connected to a proportional valve by an opening (14) and a line (9). If the pressure in the spring space (12) is lowered by the proportional valve, the additional plate (5) first of all drops as a result and thereby exposes the outflow openings (10) in the large plate (4). There is a slight flow of the oil from the inlet (2) through the orifice plates (8) situated in the plate (4) and through the outflow openings (10) to the openings of the outlet (7). In a second stage, the plate (4) then drops and thereby exposes the openings of the outlet (7). The plate valve (1) is open and the oil can flow unhindered from the inlet (2) to the outlet (7). The plate valve (1) is suitable for an actuator, the control valve of which is to have a short closing time since it has good dynamic characteristics by virtue of its configuration with two plates (4), (5).
