摘要： A method for the reproduction of an image pattern disposed on a substantially nonuniformly driven scanning drum, wherein the image pattern is photo-electrically scanned point-by-point and line-by-line to generate an image pattern signal having an analog relationship to the image pattern and the image pattern signal is used to record on at least one recording drum driven substantially nonuniformly and independently of the scanning drum, features generating a scanning timing signal in synchronism with the rotational movement of the scanning drum, converting the image pattern signal to a digital signal in synchronism with the scanning timing signal, storing the digital signal in a storage unit measure-by-measure in synchronism with the scanning timing signal, generating a recording timing signal in synchronism with the rotational movement of the recording drum, reading out the digital signal from the storage unit measure-by-measure in synchronism with the recording timing signal, and, thereafter, driving at least one recording member with the digital signal to produce an image reproduction on the recording drum.

摘要： An arrangement for the recording of rastered half tone pictures, in which each covering dot is formed in a raster field, with the size of the dot being dependent upon the light directed on different portions of the raster field, by a plurality of individual light beams coordinated in a line and focused on the recording medium by objective lens means, in which an optical element is disposed in the beam path to such objective lens means to refract light in the direction of said line, with such optical element occupying approximately half of the total projection cross section of all of the component light beams, and with the boundary of the projection cross section extending transversely to said line direction of the light beams.

摘要： A process of obtaining digital data for color components of a color image includes the steps of quantizing color-processor derived signals to obtain first and second raster signal scans, wherein each of the raster signal scans has a multiplicity of raster spots spaced apart from one another at first and second predetermined distances. The first and second distances of the first raster signal scan correspond substantially to the second and first distances of the second raster signal scan, respectively. Only the raster signal scans corresponding to the color-processor obtained signals in the first and second memory segments, respectively, are stored.
