    摘要: An electronic component applied to a multilayer ceramic and the like, and a manufacturing method thereof. It is aimed to eliminate a step of grinding multilayer-sintered-body that is used for coupling an inner electrode with an outer electrode, and improve electrical contact between the outer electrode and the inner electrode that is thinned in size. Vapor of material different from the inner electrode (12) is collected selectively only on an appearing end of inner electrode (12) embeded in the component during the firing, whereby conductive section (13) is formed. The conductive section is swelled to the side face of sintered body, which realizes electric contact between inner electrode (12) and outer electrode (14) readily.

    摘要: This invention relates to a method of writing, erasing, and reading of a large volume, high-density information. The writing is accomplished by ionizing an element different from a substrate element, and scanning the substrate by a focused ion beam of the ionized element for depositing the atoms of the ionized element on or implanting them into the surface layer of the substrate in accordance with an information signal. The erasing is done by sputtering to scatter the written element existing on the substrate with a focused ion beam of another element. The reading is accomplished by scanning the substrate with a focused electron beam, and detecting a difference in the intensity of energy spectrum of the scattering electrons, secondary electrons and Auger electrons emitted by the element of the substrate and the written element.

In a screw compressor in which a screw rotor is supported by a low-pressure side bearing and a high-pressure side bearing in a rotor casing and the screw rotor and a driving motor are connected to each other by a coupling, and a drain oil passage is provided to return oil having lubricated the high-pressure side bearing to a low-pressure gas suction side through a through hole formed in a center of the screw rotor, a throttle mechanism is provided in the drain oil passage to inject the oil.

    摘要: A two-stage screw compressor of the invention includes a low pressure stage casing provided with a low pressure stage compression mechanism, a discharge casing provided on a discharge side of the low pressure stage casing, a high pressure stage casing provided with a high pressure stage compression mechanism, and intermediate stage casings for connecting the discharge casing and the high pressure stage casing, and accommodating an electric motor. In such a two-stage screw compressor, a cavity is formed on a discharge casing side in the slide valve so as to enlarge the capacity of a discharge space formed in the discharge casing. Thereby, internal resonance occurring in the discharge casing is prevented.
