摘要: Aspects of the present invention relate to a stator component for a pump housing. The stator component has a plurality of fluid inlet channels for conveying fluid to respective pumping chambers. The fluid inlet channels each have an inlet port for conveying fluid into the pumping chamber. A plurality of fluid transfer channels are provided for conveying fluid to a respective one of the fluid inlet channels. The fluid transfer channels each have an inlet for receiving pumped fluid. The stator component is adapted to receive at least one sealing member for inhibiting the conveyance of fluid into an associated one of the pumping chambers. Aspects of the present invention relate to a pump housing, a cover plate and a pump. Aspects of the present invention also relate to a method of converting a stator component.

摘要: A multistage compression system uses refrigerant and oil. The multistage compression system includes a low-stage compressor that compresses the refrigerant, a high-stage compressor that further compresses the refrigerant compressed by the low-stage compressor, and an oil return pipe that returns the oil discharged by the high-stage compressor or the oil in the high-stage compressor to the low-stage compressor. The low-stage compressor has a rotary compression part that compresses the refrigerant, a motor that drives the compression part, and a container housing the compression part and the motor. The motor is disposed above the compression part. The oil return pipe is connected to a space below the motor inside the container.

摘要: A multi-stage screw compressor includes a plurality of stages of compressor bodies that compress a gas in sequence, and each stage of the plurality of stages of compressor bodies has both male and female rotors that are housed revolvably in a casing in a mutually meshing state. The male and female rotors each include a rotor lobe section having a suction-side end face and a discharge-side end face on one end and the other end thereof in the axial direction and having a twisted lobe extending from the suction-side end face to the discharge-side end face. The male and female rotors in a downstream-stage compressor body as at least one certain stage, excluding an upstream-stage compressor body as the first stage, among the plurality of stages of compressor bodies are each configured such that their lead increases from the suction side in the axial direction of the rotor lobe section toward the discharge side.

摘要: A compressor system includes: a first compressor including a first casing having a cylindrical shape, and a first bundle capable of being inserted into and pulled out from the first casing in an axial direction of the first casing; and a second compressor including a second casing having a cylindrical shape, and a second bundle capable of being inserted into and pulled out from the second casing in an axial direction of the second casing. The first and second compressors are arranged to face each other to cause pullout directions of the respective bundles to be opposite to each other. A maintenance space shareable for insertion and pullout operations of the first bundle and insertion and pullout operations of the second bundle is interposed between the first bundle and the second bundle, and is available for the bundle under the insertion and pullout operations.

摘要: Disclosed is a rotating cylinder enthalpy-adding piston compressor. The compressor is a two-stage rotating cylinder piston compressor, including a first-stage rotating gas cylinder, a first gas cylinder liner, a first piston, and a second-stage rotating gas cylinder, a second gas cylinder liner, and a second piston, and further including an enthalpy-adding assembly connected between the first-stage rotating gas cylinder and the second-stage rotating gas cylinder for supplying gas and adding enthalpy between the two stages of rotating cylinders. By means of adopting a two-stage rotating cylinder piston compressor and arranging an enthalpy-adding assembly between the two stages of rotating cylinders, an enthalpy-adding function is achieved for the rotating cylinder piston compressor and the air conditioning system having same, thereby increasing the enthalpy value of the refrigerant in the system, improving the refrigerating and heating capabilities, improving the energy efficiency ratio and enhancing the reliability of the system.
