摘要: A current detector for detecting a current that flows through a busbar is provided. A current detector includes a magnetic core, a current detection busbar, and an insulating casing. The current detection busbar is composed of a member obtained by shaping both end portions of a rod-shaped conductor that penetrates the insulating casing and the hole portion of the magnetic core so that the two end portions are wider than an intermediate portion between the two end portions. The two shaped end portions form two terminal portions that are respectively to be joined to other upstream and downstream busbars. The insulating casing has busbar holes that are formed in a shape conforming to the contour of the intermediate portion of the current detection busbar and penetrated by the intermediate portion.

In a current detecting apparatus, a current detecting bass bar includes a through portion penetrating through a hollow portion of a magnetic core, and plate-shaped terminal portions continuing from both sides of the through portion. The through portion is formed to have a thickness larger than that of the terminal portions.

摘要: An operating device provides for mutually independent rotation for two rotation operating knobs. First and second rotation operating knobs rotating centered on a rotation axis are provided as well as a holding member including a rotation operating knob holder holding the rotation operating knobs so as to be capable of independent rotation. The rotation operating knob holder includes a first and second support surfaces having substantially circular tubular shapes centered on the rotation axis. The first rotation operating knob includes first switch operators causing a first switch element to output a signal and a first sliding surface having a substantially circular tubular shape capable of sliding over the first support surface. The second rotation operating knob includes second switch operators causing a second switch element to output a signal and a second sliding surface having a substantially circular tubular shape capable of sliding over the second support surface.

摘要: A current detection busbar has a penetrating portion that penetrates a hole portion of a magnetic core and two flat plate-like terminal portions that are respectively continuous with opposite sides of the penetrating portion. The terminal portions have a larger width and a smaller thickness than the penetrating portion. An insulating casing has busbar holes that are penetrated by the respective terminal portions of the current detection busbar. An edge portion of each busbar hole is constituted by flat surfaces that face the terminal portion with a gap left between each flat surface and the terminal portion, a plurality of projecting portions that sandwich the terminal portion while coming into contact with the front and back surfaces of the terminal portion, and curved surfaces that face respective corner portions of the terminal portion with a gap left between each curved surface and the corresponding corner portion.

摘要: A current detecting device is readily attached to a wire while preventing variation in current detection accuracy. A current detecting device has a core module and an element module, the core module having a core support that supports a magnetic core, the element module having an element support that supports a Hall element therein. In a position of a gap of the magnetic core in the core module, a wire insertion path is provided, to which the element support is fitted. Two end portions of the magnetic core and the Hall element are positioned by first and second contact surfaces of the core support and by a third contact surface of the element support. The two modules are connected so as to be movable relative to each other and are fixated by a lock mechanism in a state where the element support is fitted to the wire insertion path.

The width of each terminal portion is larger than the widths of the penetration portion and the extension portions. An insulating casing supports the magnetic core, a Hall element, and the folded-back busbar in a fixed positional relationship, with the two terminal portions being exposed to the outside.

The rotation operating device includes a rotatable rotation operating member; a rotation detection switch provided on the circuit board and detecting rotation of the rotation operating member; and an operational feedback imparting mechanism for imparting operational feedback to the user. The rotation operating member includes an inner circumferential surface surrounding an interior space, and both the rotation detection switch and the operational feedback imparting mechanism are positioned within this interior space. The rotation operating member includes a switch operator operating the rotation detection switch, and an operational feedback generator formed on an inner circumferential surface of the rotation operating member at a position away from the switch operator.
