    摘要: An elevator target floor registration unit, which displays an estimated amount of time until an assigned elevator car arrives, reduces feelings of uneasiness. Various target floor registration units by which a user may register a target floor are installed on respective floors of a building. The target floor registration units are connected to an elevator controller via an interface. The elevator controller: (a) assigns a most suitable elevator car corresponding to a user's target floor registered using the target floor registration unit; (b) computes an expected waiting time for the elevator assigned to arrive at the floor of the aforementioned registration; and (c) sends said pieces of information on the elevator assignment and the expected waiting time to aforementioned target floor registration unit in order to display them.

    摘要: A preparation process of high purity bisphenol A from phenol and acetone with a continuous or batch type reactor by on-line estimating with a computer the composition of the reaction mixture and saturated dissolving temperature of bisphenol A under the reaction conditions and by automatically controlling the reaction conditions and liquid transfer conditions of the reaction mixture to the next step. The process does not form crystals of bisphenol A-phenol adduct in the reactor and cooler. A maximum rate of reaction can be obtained. Consequently, fluctuation of reaction temperature can be prevented and the amount of impurities formed is small. The discharge operation of the reaction mixture from the reactor can be carried out steadily and with ease, and does not disturb the operation of successive steps.

    摘要: A process for preparing high-purity bisphenol A by estimating on line slurry concentration of a bisphenol A-phenol adduct in a crystallizer on the basis of a material balance and a heat balance around the crystallizer and thereby maintaining said slurry concentration at a prescribed level to precipitate the crystals of said adduct. The slurry having a constant concentration can be always fed to a slurry separating step, thereby enabling steady operation of the slurry separating step. Thus, the process is useful for enhancing productivity. As a result, extraordinary adhesion of the impurity-containing filtrate to the crystals of the bisphenol A-phenol adduct can be inhibited in the slurry separating step, and hence high-purity bisphenol A can be obtained.
